| Objective:This study through the determination of healthy male college students under the condition of different stable planks for shallow core muscle electromyography changes,To understand healthy male college students in the different training under the condition of planks action for the specific impact of shallow core muscle group.Methods:Randomly selected from th e chengdu sports college 20 to 25 years old 20 healthy male college students as the subjects.According to the test action is divided into A, B, C three groups:Group A, ordinary stable support plank; Group B:Plank with foot support on the SET(sling exercise therapy) system;Group 3:Plank with elbow suppor t on SET system.Allsubjects must be in three different stable for 2 minutes under the condition of the same plank test.Time interval between two tests actio n not less than 72 hours.Choose Noraxon brand Telemyo2400DTS08 research methods of electricity tester change of shallow core muscle electromyography data collection.Results:Contrast in the group, Three different stability conditions, the change trend between between groups within the target muscle has the following result:Three sets of actions of the external oblique muscle, the rectus respectively and glutes, vertical ridge sEMG indicator of muscle iEMG value exists significant difference(P< 0.01); Action of three and two groups of rect us and sEMG indicator of abdominal external oblique muscle iEMG value exists significant difference(P< 0.01) and the rectus is higher;Action 3 groups with action 1, compared to a set of the external oblique muscle, the rectus SEMG indicator of iEMG value significant difference(P< 0.01) and higher than the action of a set of;the action 3 groups compared action 2 groups, with the action of the external oblique muscle sEMGindex-MPF values exist significant difference(P< 0.05) and higher than action two groups, and sEMG index MF values exist significant difference(P< 0.01);To group A and group B than in group A of the external oblique muscle, the rectus, vertical spinal muscular, glutes iEMG value and MPF and group B there was no significant difference(P> 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Plank training action for glutes, vertical, the external oblique muscle, the rectus were training effect;(2)No matter under the condition of steady or unsteady training, plank training on shallow core muscle flexor muscles training effect are better than that of the extensor muscles;(3)Under the condition of two kinds of unsteady training, the activation of the rectus degree are more obvious than the external oblique muscle;(4)Unsteady training conditions on the activation of the external oblique muscle, the rectus degree than training condition is more apparent;(5)Upper limb training unstable condition compared with lower limb unstable conditions, degree of activation of the externa 1 oblique muscle is more obvious. |
