| Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis, and to explore its mechanism, provide new ideas for clinical to treat the disease.Methods: According to admission order will be in October 2014 to March 2016 in qingzhou people’s hospital admissions of patients using the random number table method were randomly divided into treatment group 50 cases and control group of 48 cases. Use recovery huoxue soup treatment group, control group using neck convalescent particles, 30 days for a course of treatment. Before and after medication to patients on the scale of evaluation and vertebral artery blood flow velocity detection, comparing the two groups.Results: After a course of treatment, treatment group total effectiveness 96%better than the control group total effective rate 88%.After treatment than before treatment in both groups, neck disability index decreased significantly, P < 0.001,treatment after treatment group(3.32±2.66) compared with the control group(4.74±3.48) decreased significantly, P = 0.024; after treatment, two groups of visual analogue scale compared with those before treatment were significantly decreased, P< 0.001, after treatment, the treatment group visual analogue scale(1.94±1.30)compared with the control group(2.54±1.15)decreased more significantly, P = 0.016;treatment After treatment two groups blood velocity of vertebral artery(bilateral systolic flow velocity, diastolic blood flow speed at the end), as compared with those before treatment were significantly faster, P<0.001, treatment of left vertebral artery systolic flow velocity(43.30±9.58)after treatment, end diastolic velocity(25.30±4.78),right vertebral artery systolic flow velocity(41.80±9.40), end diastolic velocity(24.82±5.86)respectively, compared with control group, the left vertebral artery systolic blood flow velocity(38.56±6.23),;end diastolic velocity(22.52±6.28);right vertebral artery received Systolic blood flow velocity(37.66±9.92); end diastolic blood flow velocity(22.28±6.56) improved significantly(P=0.004;0.014;0.035;0.033).Conclusion: complex Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction for the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of vertebral artery type cervical vertebra disease is more effective than Jingfukang granule. Its mechanism may with the following factors:increasing fast blood velocity of vertebral artery, improve the state of vertebral artery blood flow, promote the recovery of neural tissue damaged.Key words: vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis, qi and blood stasis, recovery huoxue soup,invigorate the circulation... |
