Inflation Chewable Tablets Promote Clinical Recovery Of Gastrointestinal Function After Cholecystectomy

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects and safety of Tongzhang Chewable tablets on postoperative enteroparalysis.Methods:The 60 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated with the Tongzhang Chewable tablets and the contorl group was treated with the Chewing gum after 6 hours of the cholecystectomy.All patients received routine medicine after cholecystectomy, including fluid replacement and anti-infective agent. Observed the abdominal distension, nausea and vomitus.Record the intestinal peristaltic sound recovery time, exhaust defecation time for the first time.The recovery of the gastrointestinal function was compared between the two groups. The changes in the motilin between two groups, the motilin of different time within group and the motilin between two groups of different time were observed.Results:1. Compared with the control group, there was no statistical significance on the symptoms of nausea and vomiting (P>0.05); there were statistical significance on the abdominal distension, postoperative bowel sound recovery time, exhaust and defecation time (P<0.05). The total effective rate was 93.3%. The results indicated that the Tongzhang Chewable tablets could improve the postoperative ileus clinical symptoms of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and shorten the time to recovery of gastrointestinal function.2. Compared among different times of the same group, in both groups, there was no statistical significance on the level of motilin(P>0.05);there were statistical decrease on level of motilin after the first day in 2 hours and statistical increaseafter the second day(P<0.05). The results indicated that the level of motilin decreased in the first day but increased in the second day with the effects of surgery and anesthesia compared the two groups,there was no statistical significance on MTL in the same time (P>0.05). The results indicated that Tongzhang Chewable tablets had no effection on the MTL after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.3. There was no adverse reactions after the treatment of Tongzhang Chewable tablets.Conclusions:1. The Tongzhang Chewable tablets can improve the clinical symptoms of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and shorten the time to recovery of gastrointestinal function. There is no adverse reactions.2. The results indicated that the level of motilin will decrease in the first day with the effects of surgery and anesthesia. There is no significantly effect of Tongzhang Chewable tablets on the motilin level of the laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
