Objective: Observation of Xiaoshuan Decoction on traumatic deep vein thrombosis model in rabbit plasma TNF-?,IL-1 content.Methods: The TDVT rabbit model was reconstructed by clamp and gypsum fixation,45 rabbits in two were randomly divided into A group of Xiaoshuan Decoction group,B group,low molecular weight heparin group,C model group,D group,sham operation group,E group(9/group).A group received intragastric administration of Xiaoshuan drink concentrated liquid;group B by subcutaneous injection of saline C,Low-molecular-weight Heparin Sodium Injection,D,E group were given the same amount of gastric lavage.After 1,3 and 7 days treatment,the changes of TNF-?,and IL-1 levels in the plasma of rabbits were examined after second hours of intragastric administration.Results: After 1 days treatment,there was no significant difference in the content of TNF-?and IL-1 in the sham operated group and the blank group,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05)Xiaoshuan Decoction group,low molecular weight heparin sodium group,model group,rabbit plasma TNF-?,IL-1 compared to the sham operation group were significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);after 3 days of treatment,Xiaoshuan Decoction group,low molecular weight heparin sodium group,model group,rabbit plasma TNF-?,IL-1 content is significantly higher than that in sham operation group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),Xiaoshuan Decoction group,low molecular weight heparin sodium group decreased significantly compared with model group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),low molecular weight heparin group than Xiaoshuan Decoction group decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),compared with the group 1 days after treatment,Xiaoshuan Decoction group,low molecular weight heparin sodium group,model group,plasma TNF-??IL-1 increased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 7 days of treatment model group plasma TNF-?,IL-1 was significantly higher than that in the sham operation group,difference Wasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.01),Xiaoshuan Decoction group,low molecular weight heparin sodium group,plasma TNF-?and IL-1 was significantly higher than that in the sham operation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),Xiaoshuan Decoction group,low molecular weight heparin sodium group decreased significantly compared with model group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suppository group,drink low molecular weight heparin sodium group plasma TNF-?and IL-1 content of the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),compared with the group 3 days after treatment,thrombus Decoction group,low molecular weight heparin sodium group,plasma TNF-? and IL-1 content decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: Xiaoshuan decoction can effectively reduce the content of TNF-?and IL-1 in plasma after traumatic deep vein thrombosis,inflammation,intervention of traumatic deep vein thrombosis.
