Objective:Myocardial energy metabolism as the breakthrough point,and calculate the heart health drink for coronary heart disease(CHD)on chronic heart failure heart myocardial energy expenditure in patients with kidney Yang deficiency syndrome {MEE(unit for keal/min)=at the end of the left ventricular systolic circular room wall stress(circumferential end systolic wall stress eESS)/LVET(s)by left ventricular stroke output(LVSV,ml)*heart*4.2 x 10-4} DE.Further explore the heart health drink of the intervention and possible mechanism of myocardial energy metabolism,and some problems in the clinical safety and efficacy of comprehensive,standardized and objective research and evaluation.Methods:This study collected from January 2016-February 2017 cases of the second affiliated hospital of cardiology from hunan university of Chinese medicine hospital of coronary heart disease patients with chronic heart failure.58 cases of coronary heart disease(CHD)patients with chronic heart failure heart kidney Yang deficiency syndrome were divided into the experimental group,control group cases.Control group given conventional western medicine treatment,the experimental group on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy plus health drink with your heart.Ob serve two groups before and after treatment the symptoms,signs,cardiac function and TCM syndrome score,heart colour to exceed index,liver and kidney function and the change of blood routine,and put on record,observe the conditions of adverse reactions.Results:Two groups of cardiac function,the treatment group was 96.43 percent effective,and the control group was 92.86%.Two groups of TCM syndromes were analyzed,the total efficiency of the treatment group was 100%,and the control group was 89.29%.And the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms,heart muscle energy metabolism and heart color.Conclusion:Heart health drink for the treatment of coronary heart disease of chronic heart failure heart kidney Yang deficiency syndrome has good curative effect,can significantly improve the myocardial energy metabolism,the indicators have obvious effect on heart colour to exceed.Can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs,and clinical no adverse reaction,safe and reliable.
