Clinical Study On Qingjin Dingchuan Tablet In Treating Chronic Sustained Syndrome Of Asthma And Heat

Objective:Observe Qing Jin Ding piece of treating chronic asthma duration phlegm heat exchange by the clinical curative effect.Methods: 60 cases of asthma patients with chronic phlegm and heat syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group was divided into two groups(n = 30).The control group was given the basic treatment of Western Medicine(Shu Lidie,salbutamol,etc.)treatment group were treated with western medicine plus Qingjin Dingchuan tablets,2 months of treatment,the observation index: safety index,including four test,urine routine,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram;diagnosis index,pulmonary function(FEV1,a second rate),bronchial provocation test,bronchial dilation test,chest X-ray;index of curative effect: there is no wheeze,cough and expectoration of wheezing,lung auscultation and tongue;specific measures: lung function.SPSS 18 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.The two groups after treatment result was statistically significant(P < 0.05),treatment group effective rate was 93.33%,the control group effective rate was 70.00%,that the treatment group curative effect is superior to the control group;2.The comparison between the TCM syndrome integral groups after treatment was statistically difference(P < 0.05);Before and after treatment in the group are statistically significant(P < 0.01);the two groups Comparison,two groups of integral difference statistically significant(P < 0.05),thinks the two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome were improved,the treatment group improved more obviously;3.The two groups of lung function before and after treatment comparison difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);After treatment between groups are statistically significant(P < 0.05),that two groups of lung function were improved after treatment,the treatment group improved more obviously;4.The two groups before and after treatment in patients with symptoms and signs,including breathing,wheezing sound,sputum,chest tightness,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05),and thought that two groups of symptoms and signs after treatment than before treatment were improved.Two groups of patients after treatment the symptoms,signs comparison between groups,the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05),that symptoms and signs in treatment group than the control group after treatment to improve more obvious.5.Qing Jin Ding piece of treating asthma patients with chronic phlegm heat exchange by no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion: Qingjin Dingchuan tablets combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic persistent asthma phlegm heat syndrome patients,were better than single western medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect,improve lung function,and no obvious adverse reaction.
