Clinical Observation On Bushen Jiangu Recipe In The Treatment Of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis (Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency)

Objective:The clinical symptoms of postmenopausal osteoporosis(liver and kidney yin deficiency)patients,the impact of bone metabolism on the relevant indicators and the safety of drug use observation.For the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis liver and kidney yin deficiency type of clinical application to provide the basis.Methods : A randomized controlled trial was conducted in 60 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis.The patients were divided into 2 groups according to the number of outpatient visits.The treatment group was treated with Bushenjiangu-fang,the control group taking Gukang capsule,a total of three months of treatment.The bone mineral density(BMD),osteocalcin(BGP),type 1 collagen carboxy terminal peptide β-collagen cross-section(β-CTX)were evaluated in both groups,and the patients were treated with pain visual(VAS)Group of experimental data to conduct statistical analysis,observation and comparison of the two groups of clinical efficacy.Results:1.There were significant differences in VAS scores between the two groups(P<0.05).The scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P? 0.05).2.Two groups of patients after treatment,TCM score was significantly different from the previous,Bushenjian-fang group is more obvious.3.The change of bone density: Bushenjian-fang group and Gukang capsule group after3 months of treatment,the group comparison: the treatment group,the control group of lumbar and do femoral neck BMD before and after treatment,showing no significant difference(P>0.05).Both of the improvement of bone mineral density is not obvious,combined with clinical need to further increase the course of treatment.4.There was significant difference between the two groups(P? 0.05).Compared with the two groups,the levels of β-CTX and BGP in Bushenjian-fang group and Gukang capsule group were significantly higher than those in the control group There were significant differences in β-CTX and BGP between Kang capsule group and P? 0.05.Conclusion:1.Bushejiangu-fang and Gukang capsule treatment of osteoporosis(liver and kidney yin deficiency)patients,the pain symptoms,bone transformation index(β-CTX,BGP)were significantly improved,the improvement of bone density short-term Is not obvious,it is necessary to further increase the course of treatment to observe the changes in bone density.2.Bushenjian-fang treatment of osteoporosis(liver and kidney yin deficiency)in patients with superior treatment than Tongkang capsule.3.During the observation period,there was no clinical adverse reaction,and no special discomfort was found during the observation period,which indicated that the clinical application was safe and reliable.
