The Effect Of Electroacupuncture Combined With Drug Therapy On The Efficacy Of Subjective Tinnitus Patients And The Results Of Auditory Brainstem Response Test

Objective: In order to search for a relative objective test method to evaluate subjective tinnitus and find a better therapeutic method,we discussed the influences electric acupuncture combine with western medicine therapeutic methods to subjective tinnitus patients auditory brainstem response test results.Methods: 60 subjective tinnitus patients accorded with the inclusive criteria were chosen,and divided into two groups by clinic date.The observation group(OG)were treated with electric acupuncture combine with western medicine and the control group(CG)were only treated with western medicine respectively.60 patients were required to fill out the THI form and tested with Eclipse EP25 ABR evoked potentiometer before and after treatment.Then we analyzed the syndrome classification,THI scores and ABR results respectively between the two groups.Results:(1)Compared with the THI scores before and after treatment,both OG and CG had significant statistically differences(P<0.05).Comparison between OG and CG,OG's treatment was more effective than CG(P<0.05).(2)According to the classification of therapeutic effect,the efficient of OG is 83.33% and the CG is 66.67% in our research.The differences had obvious statistical significance.(3)In the condition of CE chirp tone,the ? wave reaction thresholds in ABR test were be compared.We found that the two group's differences between before and after treatment both had statistical significance(P<0.05).Moreover,the threshold differences of OG and CG had statistical significance(P<0.05).(4)In the condition of click tone,the PL of I,?,? wave in ABR test were be compared.We found that the the PL of ?,?,? wave in OG had statistical significance(P> 0.05),but in CG had no statistical significance(P> 0.05).The differences before and after treatment between the two groups were significant statistically(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with western medicine was significant.This therapeutic method has advantages of safety and it has unconspicuous side effects.So it is suitable for promotion and application in clinic practice.(2)The therapeutic method that electric acupuncture combined with western medicine can obviously reduce the ? wave reaction thresholds and shorten the PL of ?,?,? waves in ABR test.
