Research objective: In this study,we compared the levels of erythrocyte, hemoglobin, hematocrit,KPS,heart rate,TCM syndrome in the three groups of patients by comparing the efficacy of EPO alone, simple Chinese medicine group, and traditional Chinese medicine plus EPO combined group in the treatment of advanced malignant tumor-related anemia Points, adverse reactions and other aspects of the difference, for the clinical treatment of malignant tumor-related anemia to provide a better treatment.Research methods: 90 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into three groups according to the principle of randomization and the balance. The patients were divided into three groups according to the simple EPO regimen, the traditional Chinese medicine regimen and the combined regimen were treated. After 4 weeks of treatment,The number of red blood cells, the amount of hemoglobin, hematocrit,KPS score, heart rate,TCM syndrome score, adverse reactions and other differences.Data were collected using SPSS 20.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:(1)Three groups of patients after treatment by their respective treatment anemia-related indicators were significantly higher than before treatment(p=0.00?0.01).The effective rate of EPO group was 50%,53.33%in the traditional Chinese medicine group and 80% in the combined group. The difference of the therapeutic effect between the three groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05)(P = 0.04 ?.05),indicating that the combination of anemia related indicators improved better than the Chinese medicine group and EPO group;(2)Three groups of patients with heart rate improvement before and after treatment, were highly statistically significant(p = 0.000?0.01).The improvement of heart rate between the three groups was not statistically significant(p=0.000?0.01),indicating that EPO group and the Chinese medicine group and the combined group in improving the patient's heart rate is equivalent.(3)Compared with the improvement of KPS score before and after treatment, there was no significant improvement(p>0.05)in the short-term between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the simple EPO group, but the combination group had significant improvement(p?0.01),the evaluation effect between the three groups was statistically significant(p=0.030?0.05).After comparison between the three groups can be seen in the short term to improve the patient KPS score, combined group is more excellent than the simple EPO group and pure Chinese medicine group.(4)The scores of TCM syndrome scores in the three groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(p = 0.000 ? 0.01).According to the evaluation criteria of the three groups, pure Chinese medicine group and combined group in the short term to improve the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine patients is more excellent than EPO group.(5)In the safety indicators, the three groups of patients before and after treatment were not serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other vital organs of the functional damage.During the course of treatment,4 patients received gastrointestinal irritation after taking iron, and the condition was improved after treatment with the stomach, and no adverse reactions were associated with the study drug. Conclusion: Joint group for advanced cancer related anemia associated indicators,KPS score improvement aspects have to be better than the EPO group and Chinese medicine group;combined group and Chinese medicine group in the improvement of TCM syndrome score is better than the simple EPO group;the above three groups in the improvement of heart rate is quite effective. In summary, the combined group in the treatment of advanced cancer-related anemia has its advantages, can be used in clinical practice.
