Effect Of Wuxing Music Combined With Fuzheng Oral Liquid On Cancer-induced Fatigue (lung And Spleen Qi Deficiency) After Lung Cancer Chemotherapy

Objective: To observe the effects of Fuzheng oral liquid,five elements of music two different treatment methods and the combination of the two cancer related fatigue clinical curative effect comparison,whether has a synergistic effect on two kinds of different treatment methods for the treatment of cancer-related fatigue,provide an effective means.Methods: The 120 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to the Fuzheng oral liquid group(Chinese medicine group),the music group of the five elements(Music Group),and the five elements of music + Fuzheng oral liquid group(combined group),40 cases in each group.The patients in the Chinese medicine group took orally Fuzheng oral liquid 3 times a day,20 m L each time;Listen to music with groups of five lines of music,every morning,afternoon listening to 10:30 16:00each 1 times,each time 30min(the first 15 min Gong Diao,after taking 15 min Shang Diao);The patients in the combined group were treated by listening to five elements of music + oral Fuzheng oral liquid.The three groups were treated with basic treatment and observed for 4 weeks.TCM syndrome score,Piper Fatigue Scale score,QLQ-C30 score,QLQ-LC13 score and peripheral blood picture were detected before and after treatment in three groups,Statistical analysis of the data,the efficacy of the three groups compared to P < 0.05,that the difference was significant,statistically significant.Results: After 4 weeks treatment,the combination group was compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group and the music group:(1)In the clinical symptoms and QLQ-C30 score,there was significant difference(p<0.05),the joint group was significantly higher than the Chinese medicine group and the music group;(2)In the QLQ-LC13 score and the Piper fatigue scale,the scores of patients with cancer were lower and the quality of life improved significantly.The difference between the two groups was significant(p<0.05)compared with the other two groups;(3)In peripheral blood,no statistical significance in three groups of white blood cells,red blood cell and platelet difference(P > 0.05),the three groups were statistically significant differences in hemoglobin(P<0.05),and further 22 compared with traditionalChinese medicine group,combination group was significantly higher than that of hemoglobin in the music group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),no statistically significant the significance of difference between Chinese traditional medicine group and combination group(P > 0.05),It shows that Fuzheng oral liquid can improve hemoglobin in patients with cancer-related fatigue and anemia,and can alleviate the fatigue symptoms caused by anemia.Conclusion: Five elements of music + righting the treatment of oral liquid on cancer-related fatigue than just using the five elements of music or righting oral liquid curative effect is distinct,can obviously reduce the patient's symptoms of fatigue,improve the patient's quality of life,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
