Acute respiratory disease is the most common infectious disease,which occupies a large proportion of all human infectious diseases.The incidence of acute respiratory disease is affected by many factors,including age,living environment,season,occupation and so on.Which is an important factor affecting the occurrence of acute respiratory disease.Children,especially pre-school children,account for an important part of patients with acute respiratory disease.It is particularly important to monitor,prevent and treat acute respiratory infections,especially viral acute respiratory infections,in children.In this study,real-time quantitative PCR and tissue culture were used to collect,detect and analyze swab samples from nasal and throat of children with acute respiratory disease in Novosibirsk,2015-2017.
