| Objective:Based on the combination therapy with Lian-Long-eliminating-tumor-prescription and TACE of effects of interventional treatment for locally advanced hepatocellular carcinoma patients,observe the prescription of postoperative patients with conventional tumors had recent curative effect,clinical symptoms and quality of life improved,regulate the body's cellular immune,safety,efficacy,etc,the effect of further to study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of primary liver cancer,and to provide experiment basis for Chinese medicine clinical research.Method:This research adopts the prospective,randomized,controlled clinical trial method,will be included in the standard clinical cases of 50 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.In the srudy,control group only with conventional treatment,the treatment group is in the control group on the basis of serving lotus dragon negative side,with the recent tumors had curative effect,TCM syndrome integral,quality of life(KPS score),peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets,AFP,routine blood,liver and kidney function as observation indexes,two groups are involved in four weeks after compare these indicators.Objective evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)lotus dragon negative side to conventional TACE postoperative patients with tumors in the near future curative effect,clinical symptoms and quality of life,immune function,safety and efficacy,etc.Results:(1)The recent tumors had curative effect:the treatment group effective(RR)was 12.00%,the clinical benefit rate(CBR)was 96.00%,the control effectiveness(RR)was 8.00%,the clinical benefit rate(CBR)was 84.00%,compared two groups of tumors had curative effect,after statistics analysis,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);(2)TCM syndrome integral:? within the group comparison:two groups of TCM symptom scores before and after treatment were decreased,the two groups before and after treatment comparison were statistically significant(P<0.05);Shows that the two groups can improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine;(2)the comparison between groups:The two groups before and after treatment of integral difference after statistics analysis,statistically significant difference(P<0.01).(3)The Chinese medicine certificate waits curative effect:Cases in treatment group improved significantly in 4 cases(16.00%),some improvement in 16 cases(64.00%),no improvement in 5 cases(20.00%),period by 80.00%;Cases of control group had no significant improvement,some improvement in 9 cases(36.00%),there is no improvement in 16 cases(64.00%),the period was 36.00%,and the two groups through statistical,period of syndromes treatment group was obviously better than control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).(4)The quality of life score:? within the group comparison:in the group and treatment group before and after treatment comparison,KPS score significantly increased after treatment,the difference statistically significant(P<0.01),while the control group before and after treatment,there were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).?the comparison between groups:The two groups before and after treatment KPS score difference after statistics analysis,statistically significant difference(P<0.01).(5)KPS comparative effectiveness:Cases in treatment group improved in 14 cases(56.00%),10 cases(40.00%),stable decrease in 1 case(4.00%);Control group cases improved in 3 cases(12.00%),stable in 16 cases(64.00%),lower 6 cases(24.00%),by statistics,the treatment group in KPS curative effect significantly better than that in control group,difference has statistical significance(P<0.01).(6)Immune function index comparison:? within the group comparison:The treatment group before and after treatment of CD3 ?,CD4?,CD8 +,CD4 +/CD8 + were no significant change(P>0.05);The control group before and after treatment of CD4 +,CD4 +/CD8+ no significant change(P>0.05),while CD3 +,CD8 + was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);?the comparison between groups:CD3+,CD4 +,CD4 +/CD8 ?difference after statistics test before and after treatment in both groups,comparison there was no statistically significant difference(,P>0.05),and CD8 + difference before and after the comparison of the two groups statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(7)The effect of two groups of AFP aspects:? within the group comparison:In the two groups before and after treatment the AFP value decreased,the statistics,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).?the comparison between groups:Two groups of AFP difference before and after the comparison,there was no statistically significant difference statistically(P>0.05).(8)Safety evaluation:?Blood routine:The treatment group before and after treatment were no obvious change of the WBC,HGB,PLT,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);The control group before and after treatment the WBC,PLT,statistically significant difference(P<0.05).?Liver function:ALT has decreased in treatment group before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the difference of propagated,AST,no statistical significance(P>0.05);The control group before and after treatment propagated,ALT,AST had no statistical significance(P>0.05).?Renal function;The two groups before and after treatment no obvious change,BUN,Cr difference was no statistically significantdifference.(P>0.05).Conclusion:the combination therapy with Lian-Long-eliminating-tumor-prescription and TACE can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the syndromes curative effect,and improve the patient's quality of life,and able to reduce postoperative hepatic damage to a certain extent,has certain protective effect on after interventional cellular immunity,and has good security,highlighting the Lian-Long-eliminating-tumor-prescription assist the advantage of western medicine treatment of primary liver cancer,is worth further promotion in the clinical practice. |
