Investigation And Study Of TCM Syndromes Of Adenomyosis

Objective:In this study,Delphi method was used to evaluate the TCM syndromes of adenomyosis,So as to standardize the study and explore the common level of TCM syndromes of adenomyosis and the diagnosis of the most basic and most important evaluation of the syndrome.Methods:(1)According to the Delphi method of design principles,developed a"adenomyosis TCM syndrome expert consultation form".(2)Using the face,letters and e-mail,etc.will be the first round of the "adenomyosis expert consultation table" to the various regions of the country's 57 provinces and municipalities,Members of the independent completion of the questionnaire completed after the completion of the questionnaire,the statistical analysis.(3)According to the first round of the expert consultation questionnaire,Combined with expert advice,Integrate all expert advice,To revise the second round of the"adenomyosis expert consultation form",And in the same way to the first round of consultation experts,After the completion of the experts to complete the statistical analysis.(4)Statistical methods:Data were analyzed using SPSS21.0 and Excel2007.Inspection level ?=0.05.The Kendall coefficient was used to evaluate the consistency of expert opinion.Evaluate the degree of expert opinion with coefficient of variation.The concentration of expert opinion is expressed by the mean,grade,and weight coefficients.Results:(1)Through two rounds of Delphi law expert advice,Combined with the Kendall coefficient,And tend to be consistent.(2)Accounting for more than 60%of experts believe that the most common syndromes of adenomyosis is Qi stagnation and blood stasis(84.3%)and cold coagulation blood stasis(83.7%);Accounting for more than 50%of the experts believe that the "more common" syndromes is Kidney deficiency and blood stasis(53.1%),Qi and blood stasis(52.0%),phlegm and blood stasis(51.0%),Damp heat stasis(50.3%);Accounting for more than 60%of experts believe that the "not common" syndromes is Hot burning blood stasis(85.5%),cold and heat complex(69.1%),essence and blood deficiency(78.2%)and kidney deficiency blood heat(76.3%);The importance of the classification of TCM syndromes of the two rounds of adenomyosis was evaluated according to the order of the mean value from the large to the small,and the order of importance was as follows:qistagnation and blood stasis,cold coagulation and blood stasis,kidney deficiency and blood stasis,Qi deficiency and blood stasis,phlegm and blood stasis,damp heat stasis.(3)At the same time access to the experts on the symptoms of adenomyosis syndrome and signs of the importance of evaluation.Experts on the adenomyosis of each TCM syndrome corresponding to the symptoms of the two rounds of the results of the evaluation coefficient of variation were?0.30,And the two rounds of the survey in the Kendall coefficient is acceptable,we can see that after two rounds of survey experts agree that the views of the same,so only two rounds of questionnaires.Conclusion:The Expert consensus suggested the most common TCM syndromes of adenomyosis are qi stagnation and blood stasis,cold coagulation and blood stasis.The more common TCM syndromes of adenomyosis are kidney deficiency and blood stasis,Qi and blood stasis,phlegm and blood stasis.The not common TCM syndromes of adenomyosis are Hot burning blood stasis,cold and heat complex,essence and blood deficiency and kidney deficiency blood heat.
