Research On The Influencing Factors Of Community Chinese Medicine Service Development In Beijing Based On BP Neural Network

OBJECTIVES:In this article,through policy analysis and questionnaire survey method,to comprehend the present situation of community service standard of TCM in Beijing and build a community service efficiency factors of TCM model.To calculate the weight of TCM'service development by bp neural network.To analyze the problems existing in the community service development of TCM in Beijing and then put forward reasonable suggestions.METHODS:1?Information Method.Collection basic research literature of TCM and the national basic policy files from CNKI,Weipu database as well as government website.To summarize present situation and existing problems of basic TCM from relative materials in 2010-2016,building a community service efficiency factors of TCM model.2?Questionnaire Survey.By means of confirmation letter and field survey and extracting 64 Beijing community health service,to take the data investigation of TCM.3.BP Network.In this study,BP neural network was used to analyze the factors influencing the development of Chinese medicine service in Beijing community.Development of Beijing city community traditional Chinese medicine service factors as the input variables,community traditional Chinese medicine service development efficiency as the output variables to build three layer BP network.4?DEA Analysis.Calculate efficiency of TCM development and then use the efficiency factor as output variables.5?Frequency Statistics Analysis.This paper analyzes the basic situation of TCM services,and provides the data support for the proposal of this research.RESULTS:TCM Business area(0.0974),slices species(0.1002),TCM device(0.1118),number of TCM doctors(0.1006),number of TCM doctor with above the intermediate level(0.1376),TCM appropriate technologies(0.1250),new TCM appropriate technolog(0.1174),TCM health care of special peopel(0.0964),TCM chronic disease management(0.1136).DISCUSSIONS:The top four weight of Factors influencing is the number of TCM doctors above the intermediate level,number of the appropriate technology,the number of new appropriate technology,chronic disease management of Chinese medicine.BP network is a good method to analyze the factors influencing the development of Chinese medicine service in the community.In the use of two kinds of factors influencing the development of community traditional Chinese medicine service model,the R2 of BP neural network model is about 0.97,and the R2of multiple linear regression model model is only 0.1991,P value is greater than 0.05,the model was not statistically significant.We should improve the standard of traditional Chinese medicine staffing,to enhance the technical level of Chinese medicine personnel.To increase the intensity of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology projects.To pay attention to community management of chronic disease management.
