Hospital Drug Inventory Management Research

In this paper,through the study of the current hospital drug inventory management,the shortcomings of the hospital drug inventory management in the use of more scientific and effective way to improve the hospital through the current inventory management methods to optimize the hospital can hold as much as possible Low inventory to maintain a high level of customer service.Inventory is to ensure the stability and sustainable development of the hospital an important condition,the level of inventory level,a direct impact on the hospital’s operating efficiency is good or bad.The appropriate level of inventory can prevent the lack of stock caused by drug shortage,drug situation,but the inventory also need to take up the operating capital of enterprises,excessive inventory will reduce the hospital’s capital turnover and utilization rate,therefore,efficient and moderate control of inventory,Is the hospital to reduce costs,improve management level,increase the operating efficiency of the only way.At present,the main problems in the management of the hospital are:there is no reasonable classification of drugs,the demand for drugs is not scientific enough to predict the results of the lower accuracy,the drug inventory management strategy is too single and so on.In this paper,a quantitative short-term forecasting model is proposed for the analysis of these problems.The moving average method,the weighted moving average method and the exponential smoothing method are compared and analyzed.Finally,the exponential smoothing method is more suitable for the drug Demand forecast.This paper puts forward the classification of the stocked drugs by using the ABC classification method,and improves the method according to the characteristics of the drugs.According to the classification structure,the paper puts forward the classification management of the different management strategies for different types of drugs,mainly introduces the EOQ economic batch order Method,through the use of drugs on the characteristics and laws found that the correlation between drugs,so the EOQ model to improve,put forward the virtual drug unit economic order batch model.According to the classification of the results of the management of Class A drugs,according to the needs of drugs will be divided into a class A drugs need to determine the type and demand random type,the demand for determining the main use of improved EOQ model for the management of random demand for drugs based on Expect the level of service and demand to set a reasonable safety and re-order point.And the use of regular inventory control methods for the management of Class B and C drugs.Finally,the method of L hospital is taken as an example to verify the method,and the method is reasonable.
