Objectives:To observe the change of the stromal cell derived factor - 1(SDF-1) in the early diabetic kidney disease,as well as to analysis the significance of detection of SDF-1 in the early diabetic kidney disease. Methods: (1) 180 cases of type 2 diabetes from the department of DM in the first affiliated hospital of Kunming medical university from February 2015 to October 2016 were collected as observation objects. According to the two random urine albumin creatinine ratio (ACR) diagnostic criteria, 180 cases were divided into non-diabetic kidney disease (DM) and early diabetic kidney disease group (DKD);Meanwhile, 90 cases of normal people were taken as the control group (NGT) from the hospital examination centre at the same period. (2) The level of SDF - 1 in the three groups were detected, and the correlation between ACR were observed. (3) The ROC curve was painted and the sensitivity and specificity were assessed. Results: (1) SDF-1 levels were lower in group DKD (P<0.05) than in group DM and group NGT, all datas with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). (2) SDF-1 was negatively correlated with ACR(r=-0.16,P<0.05),FPG(r=-0.29,P<0.05).(3) The area under the ROC curve of SDF-1 is 0.73(P=0.000).95% CI were 0.67-0.81.Conclusions: SDF-1 levels were lower in group DKD than in group DM and group NGT. The ROC curve suggested that SDF-1 had certain value in detection of early diabetic kidney disease. Objectives: To observe the significance of detection of transforming growth factor (TGF-?), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). connective tissue growth factor (CTGF), fibroblast growth factor 2 (FGF - 2), stromal cell derived factor - 1(SDF-1) in the early detection of diabetic kidney disease. Methods: (1)180 cases of type 2 diabetes from the department of DM in the first affiliated hospital of Kunming medical university from February 2015 to October 2016 were collected as observation objects. According to the two random urine albumin creatinine ratio (ACR) diagnostic criteria, 180 cases were divided into non-diabetic kidney disease (DM) and early diabetic kidney disease group(DKD).Meanwhile, 90 cases of normal people were taken as the control group (NGT) from the hospital examination centre at the same period. (2)The levels of TGF-??VEGF?CTGF?FGF-2?SDF-1 in the three groups were detected ,and the correlation between ACR were observed .The ROC curve were painted and the sensitivity and specificity were assessed. Results: (1) In group DKD,TGF-??VEGF?CTGF?FGF-2 levels were higher than group NGT(P<0.05), with statistically significanct difference. CTGF and FGF-2 without statistically significanct difference between the group DKD and group DM(P>0.05) ; (2) ACR was positively correlated with TGF-??VEGF?FGF-2 level(r=0.17,0.88,0.34 , P<0.05) ; (3) Risk factors for early DKD regression analysis showed that BMI,HbA1c, SBP, TG, WHR may be risk factors for early DKD (P ?0.047, 0.087, 0.005, 0.014, 0.001,OR = 1.316, 1.118, 1.158, 3.457, 1.112) .TGF-?and VEGF may be risk factors for early DKD (P = 0.01, 0.05, OR = 1.600, 1.13);(4) The area under the ROC curve of TGF-??VEGF?CTGF?FGF-2 and SDF-1 were 0.714?0.703?0.569?0.547?0.73(P<0.05); (5)For joint detection, the area under the TGF-??VEGF?SDF-1 was 0.85,95%was 0.779-0.91.Conclusions: (1) In the early diabetic kidney disease,TGF-P, VEGF, CTGF, FGF-2 levels were increased significantly,SDF-1 level were decreased; (2) TGF-?,VEGF,BMI, HbA1c, SBP, TG, WHR may be risk factors for DKD; (3) Combined detection of TGF-?,VEGF, SDF-1 can improve the early detection rate of diabetic kidney disease.
