Objective Through a summary of a large number of 3D liver model data,study on the classification of hepatic vessels and the volume of hepatic segments will be more and more thorough.Finally,we will construct the Dong Q 's vein typing method in China.The establishment of the open platform of digital human liver data,will provide a lot of data for intrahepatic vascular type and liver volume measurement.The platform has important guiding significance to the choice of optimal operation scheme.Methods 664 cases without liver disease were collected,with age,sex and liver volume being recorded.106 thin-layer computed tomography(CT)imaging dates were reconstructed using Hisense CAS,and anatomic variation of the portal vein were classified.Anterior portal vein,posterior portal vein and left branch were signed in different colors.Thus the boundary of liver and the volume were showed automatically.Results Portal vein and liver volume could be showed automatically by Hisense CAS.Six types of portal veins: a(82/106,77.36%),b(12/106,11.32%),c(8/106,7.55%),d(2/106,1.89%),e(1/106,0.94%)and f(1/106,0.94%).According to the blood supply range of the anterior portal branch,posterior branch and left branch,hepatic segments were splited automatically.There were statistically significant differences in liver volume(P<0.05).The liver volume and age,height,weight,body surface area were positively correlated(age(R=0.889,P<0.05),height(R=0.914,P<0.05),body weight(R=0.919,P<0.05)and body surface area(R=0.931,P<0.05)).Conclusions The anatomic variations of portal vein is complex.Their liver volume varies with age,height,body weight and body surface area.Hisense CAS could accurately display three-dimensional intrahepatic vessel shape and liver volume,provide reliable evidences portal vein type and individual division of hepatic segments,is of great significance to the implementation of precise liver resection.Objective Collect imaging data of Hepatic Mesenchymal Hamartoma in pediatric patients and use Hisense CAS reconstructing digital visualization models.To evaluate the software's value in assisting diagnosis and treatment of hepatic mesenchymal hamartoma(HMH)in children.Methods 5 cases(September 2010 to October 2015)with HMH underwent preoperative contrast-enhanced abdominal CT examination.3 cases(July 2013 to October 2015)underwent three-dimensional reconstruction and virtual hepatectomy,made the best operation planning and completed the anatomic hepatectomy.Results All operations were completed successful and confirmed by pathology.No complication or recurrence were observed during follow-up of 3 months-5 years.2 cases(from September 2010 to May 2013)were performed Right hepatic lobe resection and left hepatic lobe resection according to preoperative CT examination.Three-dimensional reconstruction and virtual hepatectomy for other 3 patients in Hisense CAS were completed successfully.4 segments hepatectomy,V sectionectomy and right hepatectomy were completed after operation planning using CAS.Conclusions Imaging of HMH was similar to hepatic cyst,which was easy to be misdiagnosed.Hisense CAS could clearly and visually display the location,shape,and relationship with the intrahepatic duct system.The preoperative planning function is conducive to the establishment of the best surgical procedures,and the implementation of individualized precision liver tumor resection.
