A Literature Study On Acupuncture Treatment Of Acupuncture Points For The Treatment Of Hypertension

Purpose: In this paper,statistics、sorting、analysis ancient literature and modern literature of acupuncture and moxibustion choose acupuncture point for the treatment of hypertension.Sums up the common points of the ancient and modern literature on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of hypertension,common of channels and collaterals,common parts and common acupoints,and so on.Thus summarizes selected point law of acupuncture treatment of hypertension,so that the clinical widely used.Material and method: In ancient literature in the Chinese medical software for acupuncture and massage books retrieval scope;Modern literature in China hownet(CNKI)for retrieval of journal full text database.Statistics of ancient literature and modern literature points using frequency,meridians,specific point,acupoint distribution area,and establish the corresponding database.Through the comparative analysis of ancient and modern acupuncture points,and by the use of,distribution,etc.summed up the ancient and modern literature,the selected point rule of acupuncture treatment of hypertension.Results:1.The most commonly selected acupoints in ancient and modern literature are:Quchi、Baihui、Taichong、Fengchi、Zusanli、Tongli 、Hegu、Yongquan、Jiexi、Sanyinjiao.2.In ancient and modern literature,the highest number of acupuncture points in the literature is the foot of the solar cystis,and the highest frequency is the yangming large intestine.3.In ancient and modern literature,acupuncture is used to treat hypertensive disease.4.In ancient and modern literature,certain holes(five caves,original caves)are often used in the cavity.5.In ancient and modern literature,the head acupuncture point is used.6.Syndrome differentiation type selected point: liver Yang syndrone type with Taichong,phlegmy wet type indicates Fenglong,Yin and Yang two virtual model with Guanyuan,Yin deficiency type Taixi.Conclusion:1.In the literature of high blood pressure of acupuncture and moxibustion,the acupuncture points of acupuncture point are characterized by the dialectical characteristics of meridians,which are characterized by the meridians of the sun and the cystis.2.The focal point of the needle was focused on the focal point of the lesion,which showed the guiding significance of the TCM theory on the clinical significance of acupuncture.The main use of the "hole" is the "syntheticle",which reflects the characteristics of the treatment.3.The research and development of modern literature is reflected in the high frequency use of the cavity and the dialectics based on the system of internal medicine.
