| Purpose:In order to explore the relationship between atherosclerosis and intestinal flora,we established the model of atherosclerosis New Zealand rabbits with high fat diet and balloon injury.After treatment with electroacupuncture,the relationship between blood lipid and intestinal flora was observed.To provide experimental evidence for acupuncture to prevent atherosclerosis.Material and method:26 male New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into blank group(n=7)and model group(n=19).To model the rabbits with atherosclerosis by high fat diet and balloon injury.After the success of the model,the remaining 18 rabbits in the model group were randomly divided into AS model group,positive drug control group(AS model + atorvastatin calcium tablets),electroacupuncture intervention group(AS model + electroacupuncture intervention)Group 6 only.Blank group without intervention,the model group did not do any treatment,the drug group given atorvastatin calcium tablets,electroacupuncture group acupuncture rabbit Neiguan,Zusanli,Guan Yuan three points.1 day,every 20 min,daily 9 am-11 when acupuncture,6 for a course of treatment,rest between treatment 1,a total of 4 courses.After treatment,the levels of serum lipids(cholesterol,triglycerides,LDL-C,HDL-C)and bifidobacteria,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus,and Escherichia coli were detected.Results: 1.Compared with the blank group,the levels of CHO,TG and LDL-L were significantly higher in model group,drug group and electroacupuncture group(P <0.01).Compared with the model group,the blood lipid of the drug group and the electroacupuncture group decreased,which was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.Compared with the blank group,the number of intestinal flora,bifidobacteria and lactobacilli decreased in the model group,drug group and electroacupuncture group,and the number of Escherichia coli was increased(P <0.01).Compared with the model group,the number of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli increased in the intestinal flora of the drug group and the electroacupuncture group,and the number of Escherichia coli was decreased(P <0.05).But no changes in enterococci,no statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture at Neiguan(PC6)? Zusanli(ST36)and Guanyuan(RN4)point can regulating the blood lipid levels of atherosclerotic rabbits.Effectively alleviate the symptoms of atherosclerosis.2.Electroacupuncture atherosclerosis in rabbits intestinal flora disorders state improved,lactobacilli,bifidobacteria increased,E.coli reduction,intestinal flora to restore steady state,so that stable homeostasis is one of the mechanisms of acupuncture in the treatment of atherosclerosis. |
