Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease With Lung Spleen Qi Deficiency By Tongzhi Method During The Application Period

Purpose: By sticking around the internal and external validation phase V nine acupoint application combined with oral paste is effective in the treatment of COPD in stable lung spleen deficiency syndrome,and determine the role of internal and external treatment method of peitushengjin under the guidance of the theory in the prevention and treatment of COPD status.Material and method:According to the inclusive exclusion criteria,November 2014-2015 in May had been hospitalized in the outpatient department and wards of the tuberculosis Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine of traditional Chinese medicine for the diagnosis of pulmonary disease,lung spleen deficiency syndrome were followed up,for research related to inform current stable lung spleen deficiency syndrome,to inform patients enrolled in the study in 2015 V ten days before the clinic to clinic patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.A total of 104 cases were included in the treatment group and the control group,each with a total of 52 cases.The treatment group was treated with Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Powder for Inhalation(brand name: Seretide,GlaxoSmithKline Co,50ug/500ug)each 1 suction,2 times a day,at the same time with the surrounding sticking period V nine acupoint application combined with oral Jianpi Yifei ointment.Control group: Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Powder for Inhalation every 1 suction,2 times a day.The course of treatment was 86 days,followed up for 6 months.Before and after treatment were compared between two groups before and after treatment and follow-up after treatment,follow-up treatment group and control group in the clinical symptom score,lung function,dyspnea score,CAT score,acute exacerbation times and other aspects of the differences.Results: 1.The quality of life score,clinical symptoms score(CAT),degree of dyspnea,after treatment in the treatment group and control group before and after treatment were improved(P < 0.05);three had follow-up treatment group and before treatment significantly improved(P < 0.01),the control group was followed up before and after treatment were not significantly different(P > 0.05);three were followed up after the treatment group than in control group(P < 0.05).2.pulmonary function: the treatment group were followed up before and after treatment,FEV1% increased significantly(P < 0.01),there was no significant difference between FEV1/FVC(P > 0.05),control group FEV1%,FEV1/FVC before and after treatment were no significant difference(P > 0.05);follow-up of the two groups FEV1% treatment group than in control group(P < 0.01).3.The times of acute exacerbation: follow-up treatment group before and after treatment increased significantly reduced(P < 0.01);the control group before and after treatment increased the number of follow-up no significant change(P > 0.05);follow-up treatment group of acute exacerbation was significantly less than the control group(P < 0.01).4.Safety: two groups before and after treatment,blood routine,liver function,renal function showed no obvious abnormalities(P > 0.05).Conclusion: During phase V nine sticking acupoint application in the treatment of patients with stable COPD lung and spleen deficiency can significantly improve patients with dyspnea combined with oral Jianpi Yifei ointment combined with conventional western medicine,relieve symptoms,slow down the decline of pulmonary function,reduce the frequency of acute exacerbation,so as to improve the quality of life of patients,and has a good long-term effect,high safety,it is worthy of clinical application.
