Retrospective Analysis Of Chronic Primary Glomerulonephritis With Internal And External Treatment Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency

Objective:With the method of retrospective study,to observe 80 cases of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type of primary Chronic glomerulonephritis cases of patients,Application of friendly fire fry with foot bath treatment the clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine,in order to Provide clinical basis for inside and outside or cure.Materials and Methods:Selected From May 2015 to November 2016 in the Department of internal medicine of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,to select standard of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency CPGN patients 80 cases,were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and treatment group(40cases),The control group give medical conventional treatment,the treatment group on the basis of this to have the herbs of warming the kidney to strengthen yang,removing damp and turbid,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,cooperate with tonifying kidney and dispelling foot bath of traditional Chinese medicine.In order to observe the Change situation of two groups of cases of clinical symptoms before and after treatment,and microscopic examination of the urine Protein,Red blood cells,24 hours urinary Protein,Serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen.Results:1.The comprehensive curative effect: The total effective rate was 85% in the treatment group and 67.5% in the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.The Chinese medicine symptom integral: The total effective rate was 82.5% in the treatment group and 72.5% in the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).the others were improved(P < 0.05),of which the lumbar debility,but soreness and weakness of waist and knees,fatigued body andlack of strength is most different(P < 0.01).3.Pro:two groups of Urine protein were reduced,the treatment better than the control group(P <0.05).4.RBC : red blood cells were reduced in both groups,the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.01).5.24-hour Urine protein quantitative: two groups of 24-hour Urine protein were reduced,the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).6.Scr,BUN:Scr and BUN were decreased in both groups,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:Yi Huo Jian and Foot bath of Chinese Medicine to intervene in spleen and kidney yang type of chronic primary glomerulonephritis,significantly improve the Yaoxisuanruan,tired body fatigue symptoms,reduce proteinuria,hematuria and reduce serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen.
