Purpose:I have reorganized the academic experience and thought of Professor Zhang Zhe 's middleqi theory.From four aspects as the spleen and stomach in the main body of qi and blood,in the main cardinal,in the main four-day o'clock transporting five zang organs,spleen and stomach losing function resulted in evil accumulation,to build the theory of middle qi in the theory of miscellaneous diseases of structural framework provide differentiation thinking for TCM syndrome.Material and method:Based on the review of a large number of books and the experience summary,the artical has elaborated of middleqi theory and the importance and necessity of middleqi theory to cure miscellaneous diseases.I have summarized Professor Zhang Zhe's theory of middleqi theory in-depth understanding and Professor Zhang Zhe 's syndrome differentiation from middleqi theory.Results:Spleen and stomach is source of acquired constitution,foundation of center qi,when it is damaged,mediation dereliction of its duty does not work,its regulation of qi and blood disorders,its yin and yang disorders,its rise and fall disorders,its dampness and dryness disorders,its cold and heat imbalance,the main four-day's o'clock delivery of five internal organs dysfunction,leading to phlegm,congestion,food stagnation,lump.Stomach qi on the forward lead to the hiccups,stomach stench poisoning for eczema,qi is trapped for coronary heart disease,qi is not raised as diarrhea.It cause miscellaneous disease.My teacher makes good use of sijunzi decoction,sanxiexindecoction,shengjiang dosage,zuyu decoction et.classic prescription,shengma chaihu,qingpi chenpi et.duiyao.The overall treatment of the spleen and stomach based on the qi transportation of the spleenand stomach,adjusting the rise and fall,recovering mediation,regulating cold and heat,keeping the qi and blood,expelling phlegm,deficiency and excess,eliminating evil,have treated miscellaneous diseases.Conclusion:Professor Zhang Zhe based on middleqi theoryof clinical experience and dialectical thinking,to summarizeas the diagnosis and treatment of miscellaneous diseases supply ideas for clinical treatment of disease to provide a rich idea.
