Clinical Efficacy Of RPH-4 Combined With Xiaozhiling Injection In The Treatment Of Moderate Rectal Prolapse

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of RPH-4 combined with Xiaozhiling injection in the treatment of moderate rectal prolapse.Material and method:A total of 82 patients with rectal prolapse from December 2014 to December 2016 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(n = 41).The patients in the treatment group were treated with RPH-4 combined with Xiaozhiling injection.The control group was treated with traditional ligation.The symptoms were observed.The degree of rectal prolapse,postoperative pain,postoperative bleeding,operation time,wound healing time The SPSS17.0 for statistical analysis,measurement data are used mean ± standard deviation(`x ± s)said,in line with the normal distribution that is t test,non-normality distribution that is nonparametric test.Counting information with chi-square test.Rank data with rank sum test.P> 0.05 when no difference,no statistically significant;P<0.05 when there was a difference,statistically significant;P <0.01 was significantly different.Results:1.The treatment group and the control group can improve the symptoms of patients with moderate rectal prolapse after treatment,P <0.05;treatment group after treatment to improve the symptoms than the control group,P <0.01.2.The degree of prolapse of moderate rectal prolapse in the treatment group was better than that in the control group after treatment,P <0.01.3.The total effective rate was 97.56%,the cure rate was 24.39%,the total effective rate was95.12% in the control group and the cure rate was 9.72%.The clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4.The rate of postoperative bleeding was lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P <0.05).The operative time and wound healing time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P <0.01).Conclusion:1.RPH-4 combined with Xiaozhiling injection and traditional ligation can improve the symptoms of moderate rectal prolapse,but RPH-4 combined with Xiaozhiling injection to improve the symptoms of moderate rectal prolapse than traditional ligation surgery.2.RPH-4 combined with Xiaozhiling injection to improve the degree of prolapse of moderate rectal prolapse is better than the traditional ligation.3.The total effective rate of RPH-4 combined with Xiaozhiling injection was 97.56% and the cure rate was 24.39%.The clinical curative effect was better than that of the control group.4.RPH-4 combined with Xiaozhiling injection compared with the traditional ligation,patients with postoperative pain,low incidence of postoperative bleeding,surgery time is short,postoperative wound healing faster...
