Literature Research On Treatment Of Vascular Cognitive Impairment With Traditional Chinese Medicine And Summary Of Rule Of Law For Tonifying Kidney And Removing Blood Stasis

Purpose:Epitomize the rule of syndrome differentiation and treatment and the rules of traditional Chinese medicine using in treating vascular cognitive impairment with traditional Chinese medicine by researching the nearly ten years literatures.Summarise the experiences of my tutor that she adopted the method of invigorating kidney and nourishing essence,eliminating phlegm for resuscitation and promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis to threat vascular cognitive impairment.Verify the clinical medication with the results of the literature research,and exploit a train of thoughts for clinical treatment,and provide the clinical medication with direction.All of these are in order to achieve a better curative effect in the clinical work in the future.Material and method : Collect 106 literatures of clinical research treating vascular cognitive impairment whit traditional Chinese medicine,and establish the relevant database by organizing the data of syndrome differentiation and treatment and traditional Chinese medicine herb from the related literatures.Based on the theory of Syndrome Element Differentiation,induct the data with Microsoft Excel,and analyze the rule of syndrome differentiation and treatment and the rules of traditional Chinese medicine using in the treatment.Summarise the experiences of Professor Lau that she adopted the method of invigorating kidney and nourishing essence,eliminating phlegm for resuscitation and promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis to threat vascular cognitive impairment bases on her clinical practice.Results:1.This study involves 106 articles,45 types of syndrome,16 generic syndrome elements,21 treating methods and 150 medicine herbs.The most common type of syndrome is the syndrome of deficiency of kidney-essence and blockade of phlegm and static blood.The proportion of syndrome elements of nature of disease blood stasis,phlegm and deficiency of kidney-essence are 71.70%,43.40% and 42.45% separately,and the most common syndrome element of disease location is kidney.The proportion of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis,invigorating spleen to eliminat phlem and invigorating kidney and nourishing essence are 96.23%,47.17% and 38.68% separately.2.The most common medicine herb is Rhizoma Acori.3.As for the nature of a drug of the 150 medicine herbs,the proportion of warm,cold,calm,cool and hot are 48.97%,24.25%,22.20%,3.64% and 0.93% separately;as to the flavour of a drug,the proportion of sweet,bitter,pungent,salty,sour,astringen and tasteless are29.78%,28.42%,24.94%,7.78%,4.30%,3.30% and 1.47%;most of the 150 medicine herbs are with the channel tropism of liver(24.60%),heart(15.92%),kidney(13.58%),and spleen(13.35%);and most of them are classed as invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis(20.52%),blood-supplementing(10.45%)and Qi-supplementing(10.17%).4.It has definite clinical effect that treating vascular cognitive impairment with the method of invigorating kidney and nourishing essence,eliminating phlegm for resuscitation and promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis.Conclusion:Vascular cognitive impairment is closely related to deficiency of kidney-essence,blood stasis and phlegm.Both the results of the literature research and the clinical experiences of my tutor certify that the method of invigorating kidney and nourishing essence,eliminating phlegm for resuscitation and promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis are the main method of treatment.It has definite clinical effect and has advantages in treating both principal and secondary aspect of disease.
