| Objective:This research is to investigate the mechanism of improving the energy metabolism of myocardium by LiXin Decoction through observing the expression of silencing information regulatory factor 2 related enzyme 1(Sirt 1),peroxisome proliferator activation receptor gamma coactivator 1(PGC-1)and Creatine phosphat(PCr)in cardiac muscle cells of rat model of heart failure.Methods:Heart failurerats are created by Narrowing the abdominal aorta And the rats are randomly divided into Sham group,Model group,Lixin High-dose group and Lixin Low-dose group.The experiment lasted three months,and then take the myocardial tissue of CHF rats used to detecte the myocardial Creatine phosphat.We detected the changes of the expression of proteins of peroxisome proliferator activation receptor gamma coactivator 1(PGC-1)and silent information regulator2 homolog(Sirt 1)by using Western blot method.Result:①Compared with sham group,the PCr levels of rats in model group and other groups were significantly lower(P<0.05),while compared to the model group,the contents of PCr in Lixin High-dose group was significantly increased(P<0.05);②compared with the sham group,the contents of PGC-1 and Sirt 1 decreased in other groups(P<0.05),the contents of PGC-1 and Sirt 1 in Lixin group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lixin decoction can improve the energy metabolism of the rats with heart failure,promote the production of PGC-la and Sirt 1. |
