Background:Bronchiectasis is a chronic airway inflammatory disease characterized by irreversible dilatation of the bronchial cavity. Its long duration and irreversible lesions, combined with recurrent infections, are the main causes of its exacerbations. Therefore, bronchiectasis severely impairs the patient’s lung tissue and affects the patient’s quality of life.Previous bronchiectasis was considered to be a rare "orphan" disease and its research was scarce.Despite the fact that more and more scholars have paid attention and have researches in recent years, the evidence-based basis for bronchiectasis is not yet available. At present, the treatment of bronchiectasis in modern medicine is very limited, mainly based on the application of antimicrobial drugs. The long-term use of antibiotics not only increases bacterial resistance, but also adversely affects the quality of life of patients.Especially in patients with stable bronchiectasis, modern medicine has less intervention in this area.Patients’ symptoms that appear in the stable period are difficult to solve. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in the treatment of many diseases,so does it in the treatment of bronchiectasis. However, most medical practitioners currently apply cold and cool medicine in the treatment of bronchiectasis. In addition,Chinese medicine practitioners believe that antibiotics also belong to bitter cold medicine. Therefore, both Chinese and Western medicines are mainly based on bitter cold drugs in the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchiectasis. The application of a large number of cold drugs hurts the spleen and stomach, causing spleen and stomach deficiency, temper deficiency, and abnormal transport. Therefore, after the patient enters a stable period, there are often contradictory manifestations of three types of syndromes:hyperthermia, spleen deficiency, and blood stasis. It seriously affects the quality of life and needs to be resolved. This article summarizes the understanding and purpose of bronchiectasis in both modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine. It also collates many famous doctors’ experience in the treatment of bronchiectasis at a stable stage. Objective:To use Li Dong Yuan’s "Yinhuo Theory" as a guide to conduct a group prescription and to use self-reproducing prescriptions in order to observe the improvement of symptoms and quality of life in the treatment of bronchiectasis during the stable phase, and to discuss the application and curative effect of "Yinhuo Theory" in the treatment of patients with bronchiectasis in the stable phase.and to provide new ideas for treatment. Methods:A total of 60 patients who met the diagnosis and spleen-deficiency syndrome of spleen deficiency during the stable diagnosis of bronchiectasis and hospitalized at the Department of Respiratory Diseases of Guang’anmen Hospital of China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2017 to January 2018 were randomly selected. In the two groups, there were 30 patients in the observation group and 30 in the control group. Before the treatment, ask to record the patient’s age, gender and disease course, history.Fill out the symptom score table, score the symptoms of TCM,and fill out the SF36 form to evaluate the quality of life. The observation group was given the "Yinhuo theory" as a guide to formulate the traditional Chinese medicine decoction, two times a day, control group to the gold buckwheat tablets,a 5 tablets, tid.roxithromycin capsules 0.15g,bid oral. After two weeks of treatment, fill out the symptom score table and score the symptoms of TCM.Another two weeks later, fill out the SF36 form to evaluate the quality of life.SPSS 20.0 was used for statistical analysis of data data. Results:A total of 60 cases were included in this study.Among them.30 were observed in the observation group,30 in the control group, and 1 is lost.Finally,59 cases were included in the statistical analysis. There was no significant difference in age, gender, and course of disease between the two groups at the baseline period and they were comparable. The total effective rate was 93.3%in the observation group and the rate was 79.3%in the control group. The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The difference in total symptom scores between the observation group and the control group before treatment was not statistically significant, and the two were comparable. After 15 days’ treatment, the total symptom scores of the observation group and the control group were lower than before. There was a statistical difference between the observation group and the observation group in the difference of the total symptom score between the observation group and the control group. The observation group was superior to the control group. There was no significant difference in symptom scores after treatment between the two groups(cough,sputum,sputum,dyspnea)(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in symptom scores after treatment between the two groups of limb weight loss and body tiredness and fatigue. The scores of syndrome scores after treatment in patients with sweat, food, poor appetite, abdominal distension, chest pain, yellow complexion, mouth dry mouth bitterness, lip sputum purpura, and stomach pain were better than those in the control group. No adverse events occurred during the study. Conclusion:"Yinhuo theory" guides the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of bronchiectasis stable spleen-deficiency lung-heat folder syndrome is effective, and in the improvement of spleen and stomach weakness and blood stasis and other systemic symptoms is superior to macrolide drugs Combine peony.Coughing out jaundice is accompanied by sweating, loose stools, fatigue, and other symptoms that are the main problems affecting the quality of life of patients with stable bronchiectasis.Macrocyclic lactone drugs can only improve the symptoms related to the respiratory system.Previous TCM treatment is not effective for this kind of "contradiction" symptoms, and the traditional Chinese medicine decoction guided by "Yinhuo theory" can significantly improve spontaneous sweating, poor appetite, abdominal distention, loose stools, pale complexion, and mouth with symptoms of dry thirst, dark purple lips, and uncomfortable diarrhea make the scores in physiological function, body pain, vitality, social functions, emotional functions, mental health, and health changes significantly improved in patients with stable bronchiectasis. The quality of daily life of patients has been significantly improved, providing a new dialectical approach for the treatment of bronchiectasis in the stable phase of Chinese medicine, and is no longer discouraged by seemingly contradictory symptoms of cold and heat.
