| In recent years,there has been a great change in the symptoms of heart and kidney yin deficiency,heart and kidney yang deficiency,deficiency of heart and kidney,stagnation of heart and kidney,stagnation of heart and kidney,stagnation of heart and kidney,stagnation of heart and kidney,and stagnation of qi and qi.Objective:To study the distribution of gender and age in patients with thoracic impediment(coronary heart disease),corresponding medical history,risk factors,treatment situation,chest impediment patients(including post-intervention,post-myocardial infarction)and syndrome type distribution.Methods:According to the symptoms and tongue vein of the syndrome differentiation,the information acquisition scale and the symptom_syndrome score correspondence scale were made by using the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and diagnosis system of Chinese medicine in TCM,and the symptom-syndrome score correspondence scale,In the form of face-to-face communication,the patient,s information of the patient condition information was read out in the form of observation and examination.The TCM syndrome factors of the patients were identified and classified.When the score of the syndrome was,70,it was positive.According to the syndrome differentiation and syndrome differentiation,the positive certificate was combined into a new syndrome type.Results:A total of 90 patients were involved in the study,including 54 males,36 females,60%males and 40%females.In this study,the ratio of "heart " appeared to be 84%,followed by liver(80%)kidney(70%),the rest was spleen(52%),the lung(20%).The main symptoms were deficiency of spleen and kidney,phlegm(61%),yang hyperactivity(66%)and blood stasis(45%).In the course of the development of the disease of myocardial infarction,blood stasis,obstruction of collaterals,qi deficiency and yang deficiency are the main evidence points in different stages of disease development. |
