Objective:This study was designed to explore the mechanism of HuangjingZanyu Capsule(HJZY)in the treatment of oligoasthenospermia by pharmacological network technology and establish a research approach of "Compound-Target-Pathway-Disease" network.Methods:For the seven blood components in Huangjing Zanyu Capsule,the chemical structure was plotted using ChemDraw software and imported into the PharmMapper server for predictive analysis of potential targets.The target information of the compound was obtained by rapid search and the matched value(FIT)was obtained.The results were returned in descending order,and the top 10 ranked protein was used as an important target protein of the compound.Enter the name of the protein target into the UniProt database,query its function,and obtain the official name of the protein target.At the same time,the gene names corresponding to these targets were obtained in the UniProt database.Then the name of the protein target was imported through the Molecule Annotation System(MAS 3.0)server to obtain relevant pathways,and the pathways obtained were analyzed using the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)database.Finally,the Cytoscape software was used to map the Huang Jing Zan Yu capsules."Compounds-target-pathways-disease" network map.Result and Conclusion:The network analysis showed that the target protein targets of seven blood components were about 49,and 72 pathways were involved in total.Among them,22 target proteins and 30 pathways may be related to asthenospermia.Huang Jing Zan Yu Capsule may play a role in the treatment of oligozoospermia by acting on protein targets and pathways related to hormone regulation,apoptosis,cell structure,metabolism,inflammation,and immunity.
