Based On Data Mining Technology, Professor Wang Pei's Research On Prescription Drugs And Compatibility Of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Treated By Traditional Chinese Medicine

Lung cancer is still one of the most serious malignant tumors in the world.Its morbidity and mortality are high and it seriously affects human life and health.Although modern medicine plays an important role in the treatment of lung cancer,Chinese medicine has long been widely accepted for the treatment of lung cancer with the development of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,which also plays a great role in the prevention and treatment of lung cancer.In particular,famous doctors in the field of Chinese medicine have provided valuable suggestions and methods in the prevention and treatment of lung cancer,which fully highlights the unique advantages of Chinese medicine for preventing and treating lung cancer.Therefore,how can we further inherit the experience and methods of famous doctors and find out the laws and patterns of clinical treatment of lung cancer,as well as potential ideas and knowledge,is a subject worthy of study.ObjectiveAchieve effective summary and inheritance of Professor Wang Pei's clinical experience and academic ideas by analyzing and summarizing the case prescription of Prof.Wang Pei's clinical treatment of lung cancer patients.MethodsThis study focuses on the scattered past cases of lung cancer treated by Prof.Wang Pei and the existing lung cancer cases in the course of clinical follow-up.All the Data are systematically collected and organized in the form of "Patient Information Collection Form".Epidata 3.0 was use for data entry,verification,and database establishment of clinical information.After screening by case evaluation,data mining software SPSS Modeler 18.1 was used to conduct data analysis and relevant graphic plotting about Prof.Wang Pei's clinical data.The specific analysis procedures were:(1)Frequency statistics of patient basic information and medicine composition;(2)Medicine composition association analysis;(3)Medicine-to-Symptom correlation analysis;(4)Prescription cluster analysis.Results1 Results of Frequency analysisIn this study,326 patients were collected,with an average age of 64.01,in which 186 males,accounting for 57.1%,and 140 females,accounting for 42.9%.The pathological type of all patients is Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer,of which 84 cases were Squamous Cell Carcinoma,accounting for 25.8%,232 cases were Adenocarcinoma,accounting for 71.2%.Staging statistics for lung cancer were:50 cases in stage ?,accounting for 15.3%,41 cases in stage ?,accounting for 12.6%,130 cases in stage ?,accounting for 39.9%,105 cases in stage ?,accounting for 32.2%.According to the statistics of TCM symptoms,main symptoms are cough,shortness of breath,and dimness of white cough,and the number of each cases was 248,180,and 98,accounting for 76.1%,55.2%,and 30.1%respectively.The main secondary symptoms were fatigue,dry mouth,throat,palpitations,and chills.The number of each cases was 262,170,110,and 80,accounting for 80.4%,52.1%,33.7%and 24.5%respectively.In addition,according to the statistics of patients' prescription medications,the 326 patients used a total of 326 prescriptions,including 157 Chinese herbs.The herbs used more than 250 times were Coasiai Giehnia Root?Raw Pinellia?Ophiopogon Japonicus?Schisandra Chinensis?Radix Asparagi.The specific frequency were 276,270,268,268,and 266,and the proportion of the total medication were 84.7%,82.8%,82.2%,82.2%,and 81.6%,respectively.According to the statistical analysis of the frequency of medicine categories,the most widely used medicine category was supplemental medicine,which comprised 22 tastes,accounting for 14.0%of the total number of medicine tasts,and use frequency was1658,accounting for 32.7%of all the total frequency of medicine use.2 Results of herbal medicine
