| With the popularization of TCM constitution,the demand for identification of physical constitution is increasing day by day.The main identification tool at present is the "TCM Constitution Classification Criterion" scale.The scale is mainly subjective and the content of the entry professional is difficult to be fully understood.Problems such as difficult access to professional diagnostic information urgently require the development of objectively assisted physical identification tools.Medical infrared thermal imaging technology is a functional imaging technology that uses infrared thermal images and body surface temperature to illustrate the energy metabolism of the tested area.This technique of macroscopically detecting the metabolic state of the human body coincides with the thinking of TCM constitutional studies on the human body from the overall state of being.Therefore,research on human constitution with infrared thermal imaging technology has become a new hotspot in recent years.The study of the characteristics of infrared thermographic images of different constitution is the key to the exploration of physical constitution classification methods and the development of physical identification aids.This article mainly includes the discussion of the feature extraction method of infrared thermal imaging of body mass and the experimental verification research.Infrared thermal imaging feature extraction method of body mass is discussed,including image partitioning and positioning,image feature extraction and image analysis.Image partitioning and positioning:Accurately partitioning and locating infrared thermal images is the precondition for extracting the infrared thermal imaging characteristics of different constitutions.At present,the research mainly focuses on images from the perspective of the viscera body surface projection area,triple focus,meridian points,and anatomical regions.Partitioning cannot explain in depth the metabolism of the three-dimensional structure of the human body expressed by two-dimensional images.Therefore,the visceral body surface projection area,triple focus,meridian acupoints,and anatomical zoning are all used as image partitions to prepare for multi-angle analysis of images.At present,the positioning of images is mostly based on manual measurement and post-processing.In terms of engineering technology,this paper uses facial auto-positioning technology to propose the use of human body physiological structure caused by high temperature and low temperature regions and image edges formed by temperature changes.The horizontal and vertical coordinate axes of human body surface markers and body surface locations are used,and the unit of bone diameter is the unit of the coordinate axis,and the relative distances between the surface of the organs,meridians,and acupoints and coordinate axes are used.The idea of realizing full-body zoned automatic positioning technology.Image feature extraction:At present,the study of infrared thermal imaging of constitution uses passive observation images,and then explains the method.It has not been fully associated with constitution theory and classification methods,and put forward research results with high universality and high recognition.Therefore,according to the characteristics of the constitution principle and the infrared thermal imaging technology,this paper proposes to divide the research of infrared thermal imaging feature extraction into two different steps to establish the sensitive infrared thermal imaging sensitive area and describe the features of the sensitive area.1 Based on TCM constitution theory and clinical status as the starting point,from the perspective of the "TCM constitution classification criteria" entry,physical constitutional review,constitutional predisposition,and physical evidence,the analysis of the establishment of constitutional infrared thermography features quasi-sensitive Regional methods;2 proposed the use of statistical methods,image observation methods or reference fuzzy features and multi-feature image automatic description and classification techniques,description,classification and inductive description of the characteristics of sensitive regions.Image analysis:The current research on the infrared thermal imaging characteristics of constitution has the problems of inconsistent equipment parameters and fewer research objects.This paper proposes the use of engineering technology,establishes the constitutional infrared thermographic research,analyzes the R&D mentality of the cloud platform,and involves the research involved in the research.Experiment season,experiment time,experimental area,experimental environment,data source,data type,physical type,population,gender,age and other factors are the conditions for storage and retrieval of research results.The platform is intended to have automatic extraction and description of image features and fuzzy features.The ability to classify,in order to later comprehensive research results for multi-dimensional retrieval and analysis,to solve the problem of inconsistent equipment parameters,fewer research objects.Experimental validation studyObjective:To verify the feasibility of the method for establishing the sensitive region of constitutional infrared thermography from the perspectives of "standard criteria for TCM constitution classification",physical constitutional observation,body disease-related and physical evidence-related analysis;verification is based on the theory of constitution and clinical status,The feasibility of the research idea of infrared thermal imaging feature extraction proposed by the body is proposed.Methods:The eligible persons were included in the criteria of TCM constitution classification criteria,and subjects who did not meet the requirements of infrared thermal imaging acquisition and health standards were excluded;MTI-Economy-2013 digital medical infrared was adopted by Hangzhou Yuanzhou Medical Technology Co.,Ltd.Thermal imager system,according to the requirements of equipment in the appropriate environment to collect infrared thermal imaging map,require the subjects to use anatomical posture to stand and take Figure 6-8,respectively,is the back of the two,left and right lateral 2-4.Subjects’ general condition and physical type data were expressed in Excel.Infrared thermal imaging classification screenshots were saved.Validation observations were performed on the pseudo-sensitive regions of infrared thermal imaging features of each body.Results:The face temperature of the yin deficiency constitution infrared thermal image was high,and the infrared thermal imaging feature of the yin deficiency constitution obtained from the perspective of constitutional observation was the same as that of the pseudo-sensitive region.High-temperature or "sleep line" is the same as that extracted from the quasi-sensitive region in the infrared thermal imaging feature of the qi constitution obtained from the analysis of the constitutional prevalent diseases;the stomach and lumbosacral regions in the yang-deficiency constitution infrared thermogram have low temperature and good constitution.From the angle of disease analysis,the infrared thermal imaging feature extracted from the yang-constitution body has the same pseudo-sensing area;the abdomen has multiple low temperatures in the thermal image of the phlegm-constitution body,and the infrared thermal image of the phlegm-concentrate is obtained from the analysis of the standard factors of the constitution classification criteria.The feature-extraction quasi-sensitivity region is the same;in the special thermal constitutional infrared thermal images,there are many changes in the morphological changes of the trunk,and the characteristics of the infrared thermal imaging features of the quasi-congestion constitution extracted from the point of view of the predominant physical disease are the same.Conclusions:1 Different constitutions have different metabolic characteristics,and they show different image features in infrared thermographic images.2 From the perspective of constitution classification criteria,constitutional constitution observation,body disease related,and physical evidence related angles,the constitutional infrared is analyzed.The method of extracting sensitive areas by thermal imaging features is feasible;3 Based on the theory of physical constitution and clinical status,first determine the sensitive area of the infrared thermal imaging features of the body,and then conduct descriptive research on the sensitive areas of research ideas,infrared thermal imaging characteristics of the body Extracted research has reference value. |
