Object:Patients with repeated failures of renal insufficiency were given traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture to observe the effect of this treatment on the natural cycle freeze-thaw embryo transfer outcomes and endometrial receptivity.Method:120 patients meeting the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group received basic hormonal sinus follicle counts and kidney deficiency syndrome scores on the 2nd to 5th days of the observation period(the first menstrual cycle after entry into the group).At the 20th day of the observation period,endometrial thickness,endometrial blood flow,uterine arterial blood flow index,endometrial volume,and endometrial type were measured.Serum estradiol and progesterone levels were measured and the endometrium was measured.Sampling observed the development of pinocytosis.The treatment cycle(the second menstrual cycle after the introduction)began on the first day after the cleansing of menstruation and acupuncture treatment,a total of 3 menstrual cycles.On the 2nd to 5th day of the menstrual cycle of the transplant period,basic hormones,antral follicle counts,and kidney deficiency syndrome scores were again measured.On the 10th day of menstruation,monitoring of follicles began.When the dominant follicle diameter is>14mm,the urine LH value is measured.When the dominant follicle diameter is ?16mm,blood LH,estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)levels are measured.If the blood LH is greater than the base LH value,ie It can be considered that blood LH peaks occur,ovulation is estimated at about 36 h,and ovulation days are determined based on B ultrasound,basal body temperature(BBT),and serum P levels.If the dominant follicle diameter is ?18mm and the endometrium is ?8mm,frozen embryos are thawed on the third day after the dominant follicles are excreted and embryo transfer is performed.Observe the endometrial thickness,endometrial blood flow distribution,uterine arterial blood flow index,endometrial volume,endometrial type,detect serum estradiol and progesterone levels,and parallel intrauterine Membrane samples were taken to observe the development of pinocytosis.The control group received no treatment before transplantation.The number of basal hormone antral follicles and the score of kidney deficiency syndrome were measured on the 2nd to 5th days of the menstrual cycle.On the 10th day of the menstrual period,follicles were monitored and the date of transplantation was determined.At the 20th day,endometrial thickness,endometrial blood flow,uterine arterial blood flow index,endometrial volume,and endometrial type were measured.Serum estradiol and progesterone levels were measured and observed by endometrial sampling.Phagetosis development.In both groups,blood ?-HCG was measured on the 14th day after transplantation and the biochemical pregnancy rate was calculated.The fetal sac,fetal heart rate,and fetal heart beat were observed on the 30th day after transplantation to calculate the clinical pregnancy rate.Results:?The clinical pregnancy rate,biochemical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).?After treatment,the endometrium blood flow classification and the PI value of uterine arterial blood flow,endometrial type,endometrial volume in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group and before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);?Intimal thickness was increased compared with the control group and before treatment,RI value of uterine artery blood flow decreased,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);?Aftertreatment,serum E2 and P increased significantly during the window period of cultivation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);?After treatment,the symptoms of kidney deficiency syndrome were significantly improved compared with the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).
