From the traditional method of "taking analogy and figuring like",based on the theory of the Five Elements,the authors analyzed the vegetation characteristics,growth environment,and traditional application records of the Acai and discussed the Cold and Heat Property of Acai.? Starting with the active ingredients described in the chemical composition study of Agai,search and summarize the existing traditional Chinese medicines containing this ingredient,and search for the Cold and Heat Property of traditional Chinese medicine,and use statistical data to explore the use of big data.The thinking predicts the Cold and Heat Property of Acai.A Dexamethasone DH(Deficiency-Heat)Rat Model and a Hydrocortisone DC(Deficiency-Cold)Rat Model were established.The traditional cold-cold drug Phellodendron and warm-blooded cinnamon were used as positive controls.The traditional cold medicine Phellodendron chinense and warming medicine cinnamon were used as positive controls.Through the comparison of similar species and different types of anti-evidence,the trends of biological characteristics of animals were examined to verify the Cold and Heat Property of Chinese traditional medicines such as Acai and Maca.Results1.Literatures research and Theoretical discussion1.1 Foreign Literatures Research on AcaiThere are a total of 98 literatures available abroad in Acai.A total of 10 clinical trial studies were conducted.The main contents of the study were antioxidant and anti-inflammatory,improved cardiovascular function,lipid-lowering,hypoglycemic,and enhanced physical conditioning of the body;A total of 37 animal experiments were conducted.The main contents of the research were antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-cancer,lipid-lowering,hypoglycemic,anti-arteriosclerosis,liver protection,kidney maintenance,immune regulation,treatment of neurodegenerative diseases,and antibacterial activity;A total of 24 cell experiments were conducted.The main contents of the study were antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-cancer,lipid-lowering,immune regulation,neuroprotecti--on,and anti-osteoporosis;There are a total of 27 chemical composition studies,of which 181 can be detected chemical components,a total of 54 species with strong biological activity(including 4 domestic documents)and 9 major components,That is,the pharmacological chemical constituents can be retrieved contents of the study were liver protection,anti-oxidation and anti-radiation;There are a total of 2 chemical composition studies,and there are a total of 2 types and 7 types of chemical compositions described in the literature,and a total of 4 types that have strong biological activity,That is,the pharmacological chemical constituents can be retrieved through the CNKI literature database.1.3 Acai Cold and Heat Property discussion and predictionBased on the results of Acai clinical research,animal,cell and chemical experiments were used as evidence,combined with the traditional Chinese medicine Agai tends to Cold2.Experimental research2.1 Acai Cold and Heat Property VerificationBody weight,cyclic nucleotide levels(cAMP,cGMP),metabolic levels(TP,ALB,UA,GLU,TC,TG,FFA,LPL),immunity levels(IgG,IgM,C3,C4),hormone levels(The biological effects of T3,T4,rT3,CORT,E2,T)and neurotransmitters(NE,DA,5-HT)were examined.According to the results,it is considered that Acai can effectively improve the state of the DH model rats,but not able to improve its state of DC,and it even exacerbated some of the changes in indicators,so it was similar to the tendency of CP(Cortex Phellodendri)as certain degree of regulation of immune function,it is not the "Big cold" of the drug,its nature biased to "Cool" or "Slightly cold",and its experimental results of traditional Chinese medicinal properties were in line with the theoretical discussion.Maca has a certain degree of biphasic regulation of some metabolic levels,immune levels,and some hormones in rats with DC and DH models.In some indicators,the trend of CC is similar.The Cold and Heat Propertys tends to be "Neutral biased towards Warm",and its experimental results of traditional Chinese medicinal properties were in line with the theoretical discussion.
