Dance as a human's oldest arts, its history and national culture is of long standing. Dance around the world in a wide range of, in the performance of the national cultural life, vivid reflects different social phenomena and cultural heritage. With the rapid development of the times, national culture art of blending phenomenon is bound to mature. This paper to modern ballet < Carmen > as an example, through discussing dance history, characteristics, points to the success of combining development with classical ballet and the National Ballet of China thinking on personal point of view.
