The Spread Of Christianity In Yunnan And Its Legal Governance Research

This paper chooses Yunnan the China frontier minority areas as the research site,the spread of Christianity and the legal governance as the research object,analysis of Christianity in history,Yunnan communication process highlights the problems of the law and governance,and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions of strengthening the construction of the rule of law and religious work in our country,in order to the national inter religious disputes,conflicts,risks and resolve to solve,so as to improve the management of religious affairs in Yunnan province level,realize the management of religious activities in accordance with the law and in accordance with the law to safeguard the freedom of religious belief.The first four chapters of this paper mainly introduce the topics,the spread of Christianity in Yunnan history,the spread of the problem and the management of illegal communication.Introduction part,the background and significance of this thesis are explained.At the same time,the domestic and foreign research results related to this thesis are sorted out and summarized.The first chapter,the first Christian reasons and historical development were introduced,and the definition and characteristics of Christianity were summarized,to determine the connotation and extension of the Christian research papers,then reviews the history of Christianity Chinese,and reviewed Christianity into Yunnan,in the historical process of Yunnan communication.The second chapter,from the contemporary Christian emphasis for the study in the communication situation and existing problems of Yunnan,first introduced in the new China after the establishment of "Three Self Patriotic Movement".Secondly,this paper studies the influence of Yunnan’s religious belief and Christianity on the border of Yunnan,the life and habits of ethnic minorities.Finally,to highlight the spread of Christianity in Yunnan in the process such as the underground church and family,the use of illegal missionary network issues such as analysis,part of the missionary spirit of Christianity "deviate from equality and freedom and fraternity of the extreme religious thought,hostile forces to use the religious way to penetrate the border area of our country,the weakening of national consciousness,problem China’s national identity is analyzed.The third chapter,from the perspective of the rule of law in the study of the spread of Christianity in Yunnan,legal governance and inspiration.Analysis of the world governance pattern of religion and disadvantages,introducing and summarizing foreign experience of governance of religion,and of China’s Tang Dynasty,the Qing Dynasty statutes and decrees of the government of the Republic of China on religious management and dissemination limited to textual research and Analysis on Yunnan Christian illegal spread of legal governance situation,thus has some universality in the case of religious law,the basic principles of effective governance of religion.The fourth chapter is the summary of the full text,based on the Enlightenment of the religious rule of law to the governance of Yunnan.Firstly,it demonstrates the necessity of establishing the rule of law in china.Secondly,this paper discusses how to deal with the relationship between the rule of law and the freedom of religion,and how to deal with the relationship between national policy and national law.Finally,put forward to promote China’s religious scientific legislation,strict law enforcement and strengthen our religious policies and regulations imposed on the universal and concrete measures.
