Zong Sheng Zengzi Family Family Culture Culture Research

Zengzi and his descendants are one of the four great families on a par with the Kong,Yan and Meng families in ancient China.In the millennium process of inheritance,scattered over China,the majority of Zeng's descendants inherit and carry forward the family cultural tradition,combining blood continuation and cultural tradition and taking Confucian culture as its own duty.The Zeng family in Jinjiang who care about the destiny of family and country,the Zeng family in Nanfeng in which many scholars were born,and the Zeng family in Xiangxiang who value family management came forth,exerting a special family effect in traditional Chinese society and forming a special group of cultural charm.By analyzing and researching,the inheritance of the family precepts and education contributes to the rise,development,prosperity and long-established culture of Zengzi and his descendants.The thesis will try to research the family precept inheritance of the special group.Seven chapters are included in the thesis.Chapter ? is introduction and it aims to present the reasons and meaning of topic selecting,further confirming the research aims and methods.Chapter ? elaborates the traditional Chinese family precepts by researching the historical development,forming,core ideology and cultural implication of the family precept culture.Chapter ? probes into the role of Zengzi's self-cultivation and filial piety in the forming of the Zeng family precepts.The inheritance and development of the Zeng family precept are presented Chapter ? Chapter ? and Chapter ?.By searching the lineage,migration,rise,prosperity and decline of the Zeng family in Jinjiang represented by Zeng Gongliang,the Zeng family in Nanfeng represented by Zeng Gong and the Zeng family in Xiangxiang represented by Zeng Guofan,the elites' thought and achievement are elaborated,revealing the enriching and changing of the Zeng family precepts.Chapter ? is about the characteristics of the Zeng family precepts.I try to generalize the the Zeng family precept.However,lack of historical materials of the Zeng family and my insufficient study,errors are inevitable in the thesis.
