In simple terms,the so-called "classical" is refers to the outstanding literary works of art in ancient Greek and Roman literature,whereas classical reflects the classical literature present a unique aesthetic style and the creation principle,and to study and draw lessons from the template.Since birth,classical experienced a Renaissance,the enlightenment,and in the 17th century,neoclassical three stages.Ancient Greek and Roman created by rationality,speak,emphasize the standardization of the traditional classical style profoundly influences the thought of European ideas and aesthetic standards,even in the twentieth century the era of pluralistic values,classical still plays an important role.Full text based on the classical,Yeats,Eliot and oden,three illustrates the works of poetry to the modern meaning of the classical mining and exploration,to reveal the influence of the thoughts and actions of classical to modern and effect on the development of modern society and the significance.The introduction part expounds the purpose of the study of the classical modern echo and the significance and the classical and Yeats,Eliot and oden,three theoretical research status were summarized.First chapter comb the classicism in different historical periods before 20th century commonality and uniqueness.The second chapter discusses in Yeats poems show of classical lofty style and pursuit.Thinking to save decline of Irish national method,the eternal pursuit of the art world.The third chapter discusses elliott as a literary classic,in saving the westerner spirit guided under the concept of "wasteland",attach importance to literary creation order and normative,moderate emotion,follow the emotion moderately,appropriate appropriate principle of classical literature,in an age of disorder in to restore order,return to tradition.In the fourth chapter mainly discusses oden poems present classical characteristics.Serious and elegant poetic language,attaches great importance to the perfect form of poetry,show the noble spirit of classicism.Conclusion part,summarizes the full text,reiterated the classical atmosphere of today's society,to people's thought idea,the significance of the creation of literature and art;In Yeats,Eliot,oden in the comparison of three classical different echoes,produced in the twentieth century,suggests that is classical in every era of development of human history play an important role,and its profound impact of the European society and the mode of thinking and aesthetic standards of all mankind,in the long river of human history development in sending out the eternal artistic charm.
