The Ming Dynasty,the Mongolian has always been the border of the Ming Dynasty,Datong area as the only way south of Mongolia,its strategic position is extremely important.In the middle and middle period of the Ming Dynasty,the Ming Dynasty and Mongolia always maintained the development of the tributary system,although there was war,but there was no large-scale conflict.During the period of Jiajing,the Ming Dynasty implemented the policy of "tribute" to Mongolia,which led to the relationship between Ming and Mongolian relations.But to Longqing,Long Qingdi learn from the changes to the Mongolian policy,to achieve the Ming between the "reconciliation".White Lotus as a folk secret religion,from the beginning of the Southern Song Dynasty,has been widely circulated in the folk.Ming Jiajing period,political corruption,class contradictions sharp,white lotus activities also will intensify,and gradually developed into organized large-scale uprising.Such as Li Fuda,Luo Tingxi,Zhao Quan and others,have been organized in Datong murder.Their activities and the rule of the ruler of the purpose of departure,so the court was suppressed and hunt.These white lords in the Ming government under the hunt,defected to the outside,went to the Mongol tribes.After defending the Khan,these Bailian believers for their own interests,abetting the answer,led me to the Ministry of the public with a large number of war,burning looting,to the frontier people's life brought great disaster.The activities of the Bailian people deepened the border crisis in the Ming dynasty and made the relationship clear.But on the other hand their activities in the Mongolian plateau area,but the Mongolian region's political economy and culture had a positive impact,and promote the spread of Chinese culture and national integration.
