The Buddhist Handprints Were Interpreted

This article is written in an attempt to present an integrity,comprehensiveness and completeness understanding of Mahamudra through discussing,summarizing and studying various kinds of Mahamudra teachings from every sect of Tibetan Buddhism,、particularly in respond to interpret different Buddhist method of Mahamudra.Meantime,this article using comparative analysis to study the following segmented subjects:1.Exotoric Buddhism of Han and Tibetan Buddhism;2.Esoteric Buddhism of Han and Tibetan Buddhism;3.Mahamudra,Dzogchen and Maha Madhyamaka4.Essence Mahamudra,Dzogchen and Zen Sect.And base on the comparative studies,this article also discuss some issues which coming from secular,education and academic sector.This article comes to the conclusion that the Mahamudra is a Buddhist method that includes both Exotoric and Esoteric teachings.And furthermore,it also introduces into practice in the subject of body and spirit and it does provide meaningful references for holanthropy studies nowadays.
