The dialectics of Confucianism and Taoism in Pre-Qin Period which are the representative results of Chinese traditional dialectic in this period are the products from the long-term accumulation of Chinese dialectical concept along the trail of human and the other one of heaven.Confucian dialectics advocates heaven, mean and morality, but Taoist dialectic pursues Tao,reversion and freedom, and they show the different value orientations of following human or heaven. However, both of them pay attention to practice, unity and value more than knowledge, opposition and truth and believe in the harmony between heaven and human. This similarity makes them different from ancient Greek Plato's dialectic which insists on the contradiction between human and world in the same period.Whether separating the dialectics of Confucianism and Taoism or combining them, the modern people could find both the advantages and the shortcomings in them, and they could also provide the precious enlightenments in theory and practice for us.
