Research On The Development Of Public Art In China's Airports

The public art has been gradually leaping from a purely artistic field,gradually moving toward greater extension and being closely linked with the four bodies of politics,economy,culture and society.With the rapid economic development in China and the enhancement of the integrated airport business,the public art has also begun to be taken into consideration and designed by the airport administration based on the sound design of the terminal building space.As a comprehensive"waiting" space for all identities,the airport pays more attention to the interaction of nature,environment and psychology.How to make the passengers relax and delight in the airport space through the humane and comprehensive design has become the main consideration of the airport public art research topic.At first,the author sorts out and presents the mode of the forerunner development of public art in foreign airports to provide cases and theoretical basis for the follow-up study.Then,the author investigates the space of China's airports through data collection,questionnaires and field surveys,and presented the public art development patterns of the several major airports in the text.Overall,with the improvement of aviation infrastructure,China's airport public art has been on the rise.However,there is a lack of overall and systematic public art awareness and management,and at the same time,there are few theoretical studies on airport public art.At this point,the establishment of Beijing New Airport Terminal Area Art Committee and Executive Committee officially opens a new mode and exploration for the development of China's airport public art by standing at an international level.It will also lead the overall artistic atmosphere of the airport in China.Taking Beijing New Airport as an example,this essay ponders and imagines the future direction of the development of airport public art.In recent years,with the construction of many new airports and the renovation and expansion of old terminals,the chances of new space and era have given new challenges to the development of airport public art.The more possibility of airport public art will also be made.The purpose of this research and study is to sort out the current situation of the development of China's airport public art.At the same time,it analyzes the related factors and the future development situation of the airport public art,trying to present and explore more possibility of the future development of China's airport public art,and provide the basis for further study of airport public art.
