Innovative Research On Party Building Work Of College Students In The New Media Era

"Party construction" is a first level discipline of political science and "ideological and political education" is a first level discipline of Marxist theory, but there is strong correlation between the two. In theory, "the ideological and political education is the ideological guidance for party construction. Party construction is the core leadership and organizational supports of ideological and political education. The ideological and political education is primary measure of party construction." In practice, there were extensive "target, team and methods collaborative", such as "indoctrination" is the common way of "party construction" and "ideological and political education". Based on interdisciplinary and focused on the nodes and reasons of college students'party construction work, the author selected "The Innovation of College Students' Party Construction Work in New Media Era" as the research topic, and the importance and necessity of research will become more prominent.College Students' Party building work has been an important content of the University, for the cause of the party building, the overall development of college students and social progress is of great significance. The arrival of the new media era puts forward new challenges and new requirements for the party building work in Colleges and universities. In this context, how to improve the work of Party building in Colleges and universities is particularly important.This paper mainly from the following four parts:the first part is the introduction, in which the research background and purposes are introduced. The second part includes an overview related to new media and college students' party construction work. And the requirements and expectations of the Party and state for college students' party construction work are illustrated and analyzed in the new era. The third part analyzes the opportunities and challenges of college students' party construction work in the new media age. Party and state pay high attention to party construction work and the new media provides a great convenience for party construction work.
