Research On The Construction Of A Long-term Mechanism For The Education Of Socialist Core Values

The socialist core values, which are the spiritual pillar of the socialism with Chinese characteristics, intensively reflect the ideal and faith, the value criterion and the moral standard of the socialist country. Currently, the domestic and foreign environments have highly influenced on the cultivation and practice of the socialist core values for the Chinese citizen. To enhance the education of the socialist core values for the Chinese citizen has become the urgent historical mission of the Chinese people. For implementing this education, a long-term mechanism for the education of the socialist core values, which could be the important guarantee for this education with high effectiveness, must be established urgently. This long-term mechanism is an operation pattern that can make the educational elements to have clear function and to cooperate with each other well. The aim of this long-term mechanism is to give full play to the function of the socialist core values education for the Chinese citizen over a long period of time and to let the Chinese citizen to have the work pattern of the socialist core values in their life.There are three steps to finish my research of the master's thesis. Firstly, I defined the long-term mechanism for the education of the socialist core values, especially clarified the elements of the socialist core values education including the educational subjects, the educational objectives, the educational environment, the educational method, the educational carrier, the educational assessment, the educational feedback and the educational regulation. Secondly, based on the detailed analysis of the references and the current situation of China, I found that there are some preliminary achievements of the socialist core values education in the fields of the organizational guarantee, the team construction, the institutional construction, the methods application and so on. However, it also has some problems, such as the incomplete mechanism elements, the unsound mechanism construction system, the no-smooth mechanism operation, the poor mechanism function and so on. According to the analysis of the mechanism elements of the socialist core values education, I have revealed the main reasons of the above problems. These reasons are the less attention of the educators, the insufficient security system, the lack of method innovation, the poor utilization of carrier resource, the imperfect assessment system, the tardive feedback and control, the complex domestic and foreign environments, the poor system investigation and so on. Finally, some suggestions for solving above problems have been put forward, including the promotion mechanism of the work team's quality, the optimization mechanism of the social environment, the integration mechanism of the carrier resource, the innovation mechanism of the methods, the safeguard mechanism of the condition, the evaluation mechanism and the feedback regulation mechanism. All in all, only we establish a practical and effective long-term mechanism for the socialist core values education, it will be carried out effectively. This high quality education could be help for cultivating and practicing the socialist core values well and developing the socialism with Chinese characteristics healthily and harmoniously.
