With the development of the international community, countries increasing energy demand and strengthen the exploitation of the ocean. In the process of implement the development strategy of ocean in our country,, there are islands sovereignty dispute with its neighboring countries and border disputes. This kind of complex sea situation seriously affected the implementation of the strategy of China’s Marine and ocean exploitation process.About of the east China sea dispute between China and Japan is to compare the typical example,on the east China sea issue and ongoing negotiations, the two sides in the east China sea demarcation principle and maritime demarcation there are serious opposition and differences.
