Based on this background, on the basis of the in-depth study of a burglary, firstly this text discusses the definition of household?analyzes the meaning and the range and the characteristics of it and its concrete determination in special circumstance, meanwhile distinguishes between the household and the room.And then it carried household of illegality on the thorough analysis and discusses the each criminal pattern that involved in a burglary, it has been clear about the various forms and standards of a burglary.Lastly,it illustrates some difficult problems to the burglary in the criminal judicial practice and discusses the relationship between a burglary and illegal invasion of residential,at the same time it analysis the Judicial cognizance that the burglary transform into the robbery and when the burglary and the theft with the weapon coexist in order to it can distinguish better with this crime and those crimes that the burglary involved in practice.
