Currently in Manzhouli,every 12000 people have one library,a kilometer life circle has entertainment venue,300000 people can enjoy the public welfare cultural facilities service out of home,all the city's public welfare cultural venues open to citizens free of charge, all these work let people get a lot of benefits. You can see green space in every street and squares in any part of the city. In addition to the elderly people,the young people and children in community also enjoy the community culture construction achievements.The efforts of Manzhouli City government have greatly promoted the improvement of the community culture construction. But,restricted by economic development level,the community culture construction is constrained in many respects. Sustainable construction funds cannot be guaranteed.
