The charitable trust supervisor system as an unique system in the charitable trust field has been established to supervise the behavior of the trustee and to protect the interests of the beneficiary.Since the implementation of China's "trust law" which published in October 1,2001,the charitable trust supervisor has been subject to widespread concern and the value of the system rise further.However,with the emergence of all kinds of problems in practice,there are still many deficiencies in the system of charitable trust supervision in China.The mainly problems are the lack of charitable trust supervisor access,the changes and exit the regulation;the allocation of rights and obligations of charitable interest trust supervisors is not reasonable;the inefficiency of legal liability provisions;the blank of the plurality of charitable trust supervision provisions and rules of procedure;the almost missing supervision of the charitable trust supervisor.From the international legal practical experience of the charitable trust supervisor system.Through comparison,concluded the reference and application value for out country.The paper intend to perfect the system of charitable trust supervision.Such suggestions mainly include increasing the access,modification and exit regulations of charitable trust supervisor;the rights and obligations of the rational allocation of the charitable trust supervisor;improving the provisions of the legal liability of the charitable trust supervisor;adding the provisions of a number of charitable trust supervisor and the rules of procedure,making the regulatory measures of the charitable trust supervisor.
