the conventional explanation of the behavior of Intro-bribe faces many defects. They include it is difficult to distinguish between the help of crime of offering bribes and the help of crime of acceptance of bribes; legal punishment is unreasonable; legislation system is inconsistent. This gives rise to the crime of bribery abolition. The people who reserve this crime modifies the explanation, but they do not solve the problem of traditional view. The people who support abolition this crime think these problems can be solved only by abolition this crime. But, we should believe in the legal text, not criticize it. If we explain the behavior of Intro-bribe as a bribe to convey information, we can solves the defects bringing by traditional view, and make the law strict.Intro-bribe crime belongs to abstract dangerous crime. If the behavior is aggravated, the crime is established. Intro-bribe crime is also behavioral crime. The act to execute the crime is the intro-bribe criminal accept the request of the criminal of offering bribes or the criminal of acceptance of bribes to send bribe messages. In the process of intro-bribe, if you help the criminal of offering bribes or the criminal of acceptance of bribes at the same time, you will be accused of the help of crime of offering bribes or the help of crime of acceptance of bribes respectively. In the process of mediatory-bribe, if you introduce bribes at the same time, you will be accused of the crime of acceptance of bribes and Intro-bribe. The standard of the distinguish between Intro-bribe crime and the influence of bribery crime includes the subject of crime, the criminal behavior, the people who is by using of authority and the reason of receiving or soliciting a bribe.
