Research On False Litigation Regulation

In the absence of social credit, it has caused the occurrence of false litigation, and this should be a tool for the illegal use of civil action, which is a tool to seek illegitimate interests. The third part is mainly on how to regulate the false litigation, mainly from the legislative level, the judicial level and the integrity of the construction of the relevant recommendations, through legislation to provide legal basis for the regulation of false litigation.
