Research On The Legal System Of The Board Of Directors Of Central Enterprises

Since The eighteen National People's Congress of the party, The central government attaches great importance to the reform of state-owned enterprises, the development of a strong country with economic.The Eighteen Third Plenary Session put forward the corporate governance structure of the state-owned enterprises to improve the modern enterprise system, improve the coordination of the operation, the effective checks and balances of the corporate governance structure. This paper focuses on the current social hot spots in the reform of the central enterprises, taking the board of directors as the research object.
