Which clear, China will basically establish a relatively sound system of government purchase of pension services, to promote the completion of a comprehensive functional, appropriate scale, covering urban and rural old-age service system in 2020. Guizhou Province is a typi cal region of "old age but not rich", the construction of social pension service system starts late, and it's difficult to start. Especially in minority areas,like Qiandongnan, Under the constraints of economic conditions, location and other factors, especially the development of the rural pension services. Not only in numbers far failed to meet the needs of the elderly, on the supply and quality of the content it is difficult to be gu aranteed. Under such background, it is significant to study the demand and supply of rural elderly service in minority areas, and to explore the gap between them and the relationship between them.This study is to examine Qiandongnan, through in-depth investigation of this regi on, using the actual demand and supply status of the elderly for life care services, hea lth care, spiritual and cultural services in rural areas in a large number of surveys an d statistical analysis of Minority Areas. Respondents consider further demographic ch aracteristics as age, ethnicity, marital status, income, etc. affect the pension service needs to do in-depth research. We discovered the universality of life care needs and service system has loopholes, single supply service mode with complex needs,weak health services supply and strong demand,form and content services lag behind dem and. The main cause of conflict is that the government does not play a leading rol e in the integration of resources and pension servic es underutilized buildingg, pension service support system is weak and so on.In order to adapt the rural elderly population increasingly,diverse and speciali zed care service needs. On the basis of preliminary work on the proposed use of the existing human resources to carry out mutual aid pension, integrated use of rural insti tutions, educating professional people, It recommended the establishment of a sound mechanism for the expression of pension service needs of ethnic minority areas to promote pension services balance supply and demand.
